When and where did you see "Empire" for the very first time?

This "Empire" artwork, which features #BobaFett, was an official, screen-printed poster, part of recent limited-edition series by Olly Moss, a very well regarded graphic designer. This work also appeared on the Topps Star Wars Galaxy 7 #68 trading card, among a few other collectibles. #ThrowbackThursday / #ThrowforwardThursday: Marvel's 2015 Line-up for Fett Looks ... Familiar

This first move for present-day Marvel working with Fett is actually something we've already seen before. It's a re-do of their Star Wars #68 comic from 1983. In fact, this isn't even Boba Fett; it's Tobbi Dala and Fenn Shysa (two Mandalorians) who make an appearance.

(Correction: it's assumed Boba Fett has a different appearance – on the cover and in the center spread is the same character with Wookiee scalps.)

Here's hoping to something new in 2015.

There were only a few artists online dabbling with #BobaFett art back in 1996, the same year when our #BobaFettFanClub first began. This #StarWars artwork from Australian illustrator Tony Bela was a big deal, appearing as a very accurate 3D model with a pro Photoshop finish. Bela shared one version with a clean blue background, and then soon thereafter came out with this version featuring Jabba's Palace.

Check out the original version and also the uncropped newer version:
