Director Joe Johnston, who originally designed #BobaFett in 1978, spoke with the media at Comic Con Paris and shared what he would do with that still-rumored, yet-to-be-officially-confirmed Fett film.

See the rest of entire interview by SKRIPT: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QpF8SxiJ0t0

According to another interview, his last film as a director will be the fourth Chronicles of Narnia film, "The Silver Chair," shooting next winter. He's previously done Jumanji, The Rocketeer, and Captain America: The First Avenger, among many other films.

Helmet nod to Marc Martiniere for the heads up about this video.

In the 4th and 5th drafts of "The Empire Strikes Back," #BobaFett had a different reply to #DarthVader:

BOBA (a very tough customer): I am in no hurry, Lord Vader. My concern is that Captain Solo not be damaged. The reward from Jabba the Hutt pays double if he's alive.

#ThrowbackThursday: #BobaFett photo at Kenner vs. final cardback artwork.

The photo on the left is circa 1978, shot at Kenner with one of the pre-production Fett costumes. This "fireball" cardback first appeared with his action figure debut on a "#StarWars" cardback at the 1979 NYC Toy Fair. Only slight tweaks were made to the fireball effect before the same idea was used for some of the standard "Empire" and "Jedi" cardbacks.

This promo photo of #BobaFett's costume was taken for The Smithsonian Museum's exhibit, "The Magic of Myth," which ran from 1997 through 1999. One Boba Fett costume is now on tour as part of the traveling "#StarWars Identities" exhibit, currently in Paris, France until June 30th.

Right now, we don't (yet) track everywhere a Boba Fett prop is touring, but we do track schedules for Jeremy Bulloch, Daniel Logan, and John Morton: http://bobafett.com/followfett/
