Co-founder of animation studio Nelvana, who made the Star Wars Holiday Special cartoon called "A Faithful Wookiee" which was the animated debut for Boba Fett in 1978.

Clive was featured and interviewed in Star Wars Insider #164 (April 2016). The article notes that Clive "only had two weeks to finish all of the storyboards and character designs."

We also confirmed with Clive Smith that it was Don Francks who voiced Boba Fett. "Yes it was the late Don Francks, a wonderful multi-talented friend. Actor and Jazz singer. Miss him very much," he shared with BFFC in May 2025.
