Revealed on May 3, 2021 via BAIT for $20 plus $5 shipping in the U.S. only. It ended up being a raffle style sale with orders not confirmed until May 22nd.

Other retailers had it too without that hassle: Big Apple Collectibles (no longer available) and Popcultcha (no longer available).

It ended up being widely available for years, like on Amazon below retail price in 2025.
