The Art of Star Wars: The Force Awakens
Overview
There are at least three direct references to Boba Fett in this book, even though Fett does not appear in the film.
1. A Slave I-style of vehicle is shown on page 50 as part of an early draft of the film's opening sequence.
2. Max von Syndow's character wears a poncho, which is noted as a reference to Ralph McQuarrie's Boba Fett concept art, which sports a poncho.
3. The red/black characters that interact with Han Solo and Chewbacca needed more of a Boba Fett look, according to a caption in this book.
