Theres no nice way to come out and say it, and since the topic creator is acting rather rude, I'm going to just flat out say it: These kinds of topics are RETARDED. Who cares what kind of fruit someone likes? These topics are so stale. And futhermore, its -really- not nice to yell at someone when they say they don't like what the topics about. I know its the internet, but when you make topics like these, expect those kinds of replys. The guy wasn't even being rude when he said he didn't like fruit....

I don't mind these topics. When I was a kid I loved surveys, I took at least three a week or so. So even though I'm not as into them as I used to be a part of me still goes "ooo" when I see a survey-type thing. That was why I thought a survey topic would be a nice replacement of the various favorites threads.

I agree wtih both Cecilia and Miba, these topics can be fun, but when there's too many it becomes dull. One thread of "Favourites" should be enough, because after a day or two of replying to Q1."What's your fav fruit?", people get bored. Then you can bring Q2."What's your fav veggie?" or whatever, in the same thread the next week if you want. It will make less many of these useless/fun threads and people who really like them can still answer the old questions if they want.
