Topic: Snow

Who else has it? We just got our first snowstorm today, and it's been going for a little over an hour now. :D

Had it on Thursday.. I slid all the way to school only to find my classes were cancelled, then had to slide all the way back.
We totalled out about 10 inches, heavy wet snow. The skiholes were very happy.

We had a new record for around here, and it gets to negative forty occasionaly around here, a few weeks ago. School was still not cancelled. I apologize if my spelling is not that great, I am very tired.

So far I havent had any snow because I live in NJ.

I'm in Colorado, and I want out! I wanna go home to South Dakota!

We had two days of snow, I don't mind if it means missing Algebra. Five day weekend, (I was sick on Wednesday so I only had two days of school last week.)

we haven't had anything over here in England. A little rain ( I slipped on a puddle, luckily some orphans broke my fall.)

I got sleet, rain, thunder and lightning, and snow flurries. That's about it so far. CURSED APPALACHIANS! GIVE ME SNOW!

Guys, I'm just now getting fall colors. I can forget about snow till laaaaaaaate December or late January. :(


Mandalore! That is blasphemous! :P I LOVE the Appalachians! Granted, they don't give a lotta snow, but still...

I live in Montana. And last night it got very bad. We had sever weather warnings and it was so white out there. Like fog, only it was snow. And for some reason everything glowed orangish. The wind was blowing so hard (weather.com said between 25-30mph) that snow was coming in around my doorframe, I had to put a blanket over the door. And this was weird cause this happened in only a few hours. But now the roads are icy, ugh, that's the part I hate the worst.

Are you going to go sledding?!? Sledding is fuuuun!!

I wish I got snow like that...

I don't have a sled, but the next time I go to visit my mom I'll go sledding. She lives by some really nice hills and she has a lot of sleds. I'd also like to go snowboarding, that's what I really like.

Hah! I live in southren Arizona. We haven't had snow for YEARS in the desert valley. =P Nya!

What makes you sick as a dog? The snow? Or that we're getting no snow? And which smilie? (Sorry that I'm a bit dense today!)

Your lucky you have snow Miba, its just REALLY FLIPPEN COLD over here in Washinton state. I hope we get snow soon!

It was really cold and rainy here in the Midwest, but yesterday it was warm.  Hoping for snow.

Yes, rainy here, but we did get a few snow flurries last week or so.  I really can not wait for snow, everyone else hates it, bit I adore it.  I guess it's because I don't have to drive in it....

This isn't cold...and you can forget about snow, and look forward to another AWESOME month of RAIN EVERY SINGLE DAY.  ^_^

But it makes me sick how you're all saying (apart from you)  that it was snowing and you got days off and stuff.

and it makes me annoyed cos I get one day off a year for snow at the most. And you Americans still make fun of British weather....

We got a new record, but school did not get closed. We have had one snow day in about five years.

We get between 3-8 snow days because i live in the foothills of mountains and my distict reaches into the mountains. Lots of delays too.

I'm in foothills, too. We typically get totally different weather from Denver. I don't think they know we exist.

Well, we haven't gotten any new snow since, it's just been cold. In fact some of it's melted.
