Behind the Scenes: Stunt Boba Fett helmet casting from Return of the Jedi

"This two-piece white vacuformed plastic casting for a stunt version of the helmet as designed by Joe Johnston is production-made and unpainted. The pieces are joined together at the center with bits of adhesive residue around the ears. The vac-form helmet was made in consideration for stunt usage, but flexible rubber helmets were ultimately used instead." - Prop Store catalog, 2020
