Retro Collection Boba Fett (Prototype Edition)

July 25 street date at Target.

According to Yakface.com and confirmed by other reports: only 6 variants of Fett exist. 8 figures in each, so there's one of each color plus two duplicates. The colors below represent color of head and rocket color matches the right arm:

8 figure case 1: all plus red and purple
8 figure case 2: all plus blue and orange
8 figure case 3: all plus yellow and green

Revealed on May 4. Available May 5 at 10am Pacific / 1pm Eastern exclusively at Target. Sold out in 7 minutes (we clocked it) in the U.S., whereas it took about 12 hours to sell out in at least one international retailer (Zavvi) which has region-based stores in the U.K., Germany, Australia, and Spain plus more.

According to the launch video, this figure will have 6 colors, random combination but no two colors twice, and the rocket and ~~blaster~~ head will always be the same color across all figures.

Ships Summer 2021.

They're multi-colored like this because original toy tests would use these kinds of colors in the preliminary process. The prototype meaning is specific to a toy manufacturing prototype, versus the "Prototype" Boba Fett (all-white) or other meanings.
