Originally a GameStop exclusive.
GameStop stopped accepting pre-orders as of at least July 2022. They opened up orders briefly in October, plus cut the price, but then it appears to be sold out.
Scale is 18" tall and price point is commiserate with others in this line, e.g. Batman.
Concept appears to be related to the regularly sized "Bounty Hunter Collection," which we got to shoot first looks for them.
No base and it doesn't bobble.
Also sold in Australia at Popcultcha.
