Hardcover version was a signed, numbered limited edition of 2,000.
Initially released March 25, 2004.
On January 10, 2013, Jeremy Bulloch announced he commissioned an exclusive Boba Fett "501st Legion" patch designed by artist Kevin Liell, and would include it when purchasing the book from his website.
