I think that Boba is kind of out matched here. He wouldn't be able to hide from the predator if he went for stealth, and they are stronger then him. Besides. all the predator has to do is look at him and throw a disc. MC would be taken out by a few shots from the plasma caster. I think the Predator (from the movie Predator) would win

*ahem* One problem with ALL of your ideas. You cant kill what you cant see. And the Predator is naturally stronger then both of them.
MC's health does NOT regenerate, thats just in the game, to make it easier for people who cant make it to the nearest medpack.

the predator would own both of them
the predator is practically unstoppable.
only arnie or an alien taking him by suprise could kill it.
bobba would kill sierra 117 easily though right? i mean 117's shields are vulnerable to energy shots, and the rockets would kinda hurt him. but im sure boba has thermal imagining in his helmet to see the preds invisibility.
wow as i keep talking, the fight could go to either boba or the pred. but as you said
its a nice little nuke attachment the preddy has there

Boba has armour that would run out from bullets and dents in it eventually. Masterchief would lose his shields and..................Predator. ( * I don't know * )
