Re: Conspiracy Theorists

I love conspiracies, but I had no idea there were groups for theorists.

Re: Conspiracy Theorists

The Freemasons and Skull and Bones organization (who George Bush, his father, and his father and John Kerry, are members of) are secret societies. I HATE the Skull and Bones organization.

Re: Conspiracy Theorists

Well, I don't know much about conspiracies...but I do know the goverment has more advanced technology than it lets on.
My grandfather was a high-level engineer for Boeing a few decades ago.  He was in on so many goverment projects, that he wasn't allowed to fly over communist air space!
Most of it's declassified now...but he has a few secrets.

On a slightly-similar topic, has anyone seen the pictures of the mysterious "flying rods?"

Re: Conspiracy Theorists

I'm not a big fan of skull and bones either, however, i spend a lot of time over the crypto part of it
theshadowlands.net this is the site i use on occasion
Conspiracy theorists do tend to go overboard every once in a while, my friend is convinced the men in black are real, the government is controlled by the illuminati and the movie national treasure was a documentary.

Re: Conspiracy Theorists

The rods seem to me as a hoax, but it is possible that they exist. Do any of you belive in shadow beings? I am not sure if I do. Maltese Kentaiba, the Men in Black your friend is talking about is not the ones from those movies. The movies got there name from the secret society. It would take to long for me to type what they do, so just google it. Because of who the members are, techniclly, the Skull and Bones control the government, but I think that the Illuminati and Freemasons have something to do with. If I cannot join the Masons, I will get the Masonic symbol tatoo, and say "Um, yeah, Iwas a member of my old Masons, then I moved here, so can I join here?" smile Oh, and  National Treasure was most certainly not a documentary.

Re: Conspiracy Theorists

Yes, I think men in black do exist, I read a book on UFOs once that said a lot of people who "saw UFOs or Aliens" had very faint and hazy memories of men in black afterwards.

Re: Conspiracy Theorists

I used to want to be a cryptozoologist--I'm a big fan of El Chupacabra and giant squids/kraken.  Kentaiba, I looked up the Shadowlands site and really like it.  It's hard to find info on black dogs, so this was actually pretty helpful to me.  As for Morbach and flying rods--I'd never heard of them before today.  Morbach sounds pretty silly, but the rods fascinate me.  The scary thing is that the website says there have been flying rod sightings in my area.  I was already worried enough about el Chupacabra (they say he's been migrating northward.)

I also believe in Men in Black, but I suspect that they are government agents of some type.  Or else it's some special interest group out to silence people.  I read about them as a kid, and I remember getting so excited when I heard there was going to be a movie about them.

Have you all ever been on any of the crypto-watching sites?  There are ghost-cams out there, leprechaun-cams, and Nessie-cams that I've seen.  It's kinda like watching baby gorillas, only not as eventful.

Re: Conspiracy Theorists

Oh i know which men in black he's talking about, i have my doubts about pieces of the actual men in black but it seems rather well put together as things go. He can be well...an idiot on occasion. He means the movies.
On a different note, i've been looking for any tassles of information on Lizard Men, any help would be appreciated

Re: Conspiracy Theorists

You can find info on the Lizard-men on Wikipedia, but I personally do not believe in their existance. El Chupacabre translates into the goat-sucker. It is baisiclly a reptilian animal-vampire. Chrys, I do not think that you need to worry about the rods, they do not seem to be dangerous. I also fear el Chupacabra. Do any of you believe in Spring-Heeled Jack? I find him very interesting.

Re: Conspiracy Theorists

Eh, It's not something you could easily discern from. Spring heeled Jack was a rabbit man, and with exageration it is possible it was just a rich guy with a fancy pair of springs but i doubt it. Without exageration i could barely explain it, no way could someone leap over objects like that and keep their balance. However, a demon of the night it isn't.

Men In Black article
What really fascinates me is Atlantis, the entire story is so outmoded by modern day society it seems a childish idea left for fiction writers and cartoonists. I'd love to see Plato at least half-right, what amazing things could have been left under the rubbel. Bermuda triangle, most of the ocean myths. Krakens, sea serpents, why would anyone scoff at such a possiblity?

Re: Conspiracy Theorists

I read an archeaology book once that said Atlantis was probably a city by the ocean that was buried under a tidal wave. But then again, from the shapes of all the continents, they all match up decently enough to be put together like a puzzle except between America and Europe, which means Atlantis might be the missing contenent, but I don't know, it was just something my mom suggested once when I was young and it stuck with me.

And of course the bermuda triangle is real, you mean there's people who believe otherwise? tongue

From what I've heard, they can punch through you at the spead of a bullet.  They die instantly, but they travel in swarms.

I've heard about the spring-heeled Jack, also called the Jumping Jack.

I really did not know they could do that. Maltese, what is a 'rabbit-man?' It may be hard to believe Miba, but some people do not believe in the Bermuda Triangle.

NOT believe in the Triangle???? I did a report on it once. It is FASCINATING!!

yea well, some people love to live in their own ignorance.
"rabbit man" I don't know if u'd call it a metaphor or simile but i was ensinuating that spring heeled jack jumped like a rabbit over walls and pretty much everything else.
