If you have or would have a tatoo what would it be?

Re: Boba on your back-Tattooing

A black mythosaur on my coat-of-arms on my back. That said, "If somebody told me three years from now you'd be long gone, I'd stand up and puch that mouth," (Pink the artist, not color), or "Semmper Fi," both as a tribute to my grandfather.

They say that dreamers are an extinct breed. I say they're wrong.

Re: Boba on your back-Tattooing

I have one on my hip from my time in the military: black work WWII trench dagger, blade on angle, colored rose snaking up blade, black and color feathers, one near up (approaching war) another down (for peace).

I'm working on some kind of next tatoo, either lower spine, or ankle ring, or both, incorporating ravens, tribal, and either the fett helm or skull.

This is the one I would have on my back http://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h233/ … 20Cody.jpg

Re: Boba on your back-Tattooing

I've also be thinking that I might get the lyrics to "Aloha 'Oe" on my ankle.

Re: Boba on your back-Tattooing

I'd also probably have the Mandalorian skull logo on my hand, on the lower part of my thumb

Re: Boba on your back-Tattooing

I wanted to get tiny mando-skull on my wrist but I thought better of it. I still think it would look awesome but then my mind fast forwards to when I'm 80. XD

Re: Boba on your back-Tattooing

That's the bad thing about tats, they age with you. When you're younger, when your skin is tight they look cool, but as you begin to age, your skin looses it's tightness and begins to sag, the tatto with it. A rule of thumb, if you want to get a tat, wait a year to think it over.

Re: Boba on your back-Tattooing

It depends completely on your lifestyle, like, if you eat good food and do plenty of exercises, you will look and feel healthy.  But if you smoke and drink on a daily basis, also if you take drugs, you'll look like Frankenstein's monster. Anyhow I'd still get a tattoo, to represent how I feel, what kind of personality I have, and my spirituality.

Re: Boba on your back-Tattooing

I've been wanting to get the mythosaur one for about three years now, and the 'Aloha Oe' one for about a year. But, when you are eighty years old, your skin is going to sag, a bit. No matter your lifestyle, but it really doesn't matter if you think that the tat is going to represent you for the rest of your life, right? I mean, I argee with you, there, because both of those tats represent something in my life that's been very important to me. My grandfather was the biggest influence in my life, and Hawaiian culture has been a big part of my life.

But, if you eventually come to hate your tatoo, you can always get it covered up or lasered off.

Re: Boba on your back-Tattooing

Well Bats has always wanted a Tatoo and said I'll get one before  I turn 70,
very happy with my bat and had a Full Moon with Clouds added on
But I did check on my age with the Skin..lucky I have good skin
BUT !! I have it on my Back so it won't fade with the sun.

Re: Boba on your back-Tattooing

My tattoo would be that of a tiger head that I come up with, and surrouding tiger stripes on my arm, but not on the side because that's where I'd have "TIGER" written. Sure it will be sore, but it would be worth it. cool

Re: Boba on your back-Tattooing

So would it be a sleeve? Cool.

(Love your sig btw.)

Re: Boba on your back-Tattooing

Yeah that's the intention, but I would not have the stripe wrapping round my wrist, where all my skin is thin, I'll end up hurling all over the tattooist. lol

Re: Boba on your back-Tattooing

I'd have the Bantha skull on my back, just between my shoulder blades or on the very top of my thigh, right below my hip.  I actually just recently had it on my back, in henna.  My friend who wants to get into tatooing (is that even a word?) did it for me.  Wish I had taken a picture of it....

Something I've always wondered though, does getting a tatoo really hurt as much as everyone says they do?  Or do the people that tell me that just have a low tolerence for pain?
