I have always had a passion for drawing, and recently, I have taken a love of drawing Star Wars fan art.

I wish I had the patience to draw stuff like that...I draw way too fast.  I still have to get started on the D'harhan I said I'd do a year ago.

Well, I usually will take my time with a drawing, sometimes I will work a little bit over a few nights. All together it probably takes me about 6 hours on average to complete a drawing. I'm really slow but I have alot of patience.

No, I haven't, but maybe I'll do it someday... Do ARC troopers wear different armor than clone troopers, they must. Is it like the Republic Commandos?? So, I'd need a good reference pic of an ARC trooper if the armor is different.

First you'll need to scan in your pictures onto the computer. Once you've done that and saved them, all you'll have to do is host them on a website. I use photobucket.com, it's very straight-forward and FREE! Photobucket will provide you with a URL, and all you have to do is copy and paste it. Very simple.

Wow, I've never done one of those... how does that work exactly? I've heard of them on dA, but never done one my self. Well, I'd be up for it though! :D

Here is a drawing of a female Mandalorian I did... she supposed to be the red-armored one from SW Insider. It's only my 2nd drawing done in ink, so it's not my usually style, but I kinda like it. It's a bit dark, I guess.

An art-trade is you draw somethin one person wants, and the other person draws something you want (or it could be a surprise. They work in different ways). My problem is though the fact I'm behind in my pass or fail packet to graduate. x.X;;

Art is the other person's poem, Nice work, I can't draw at all so...those who can't... critic. Pretending to be one of those people that actually get paid for this i'd give it a 9 out of 10, more because I don't like even numbers than what i'm seeing.

You're drawings are amazing. I love the one of Boba, it's so perfect! The only suggestion I have is for the female Mandalorian, she needs curvier hips (unless she's an adolescent). But be assured you've got a fabulous talent. :D

Out of curiosity, what kind of pencils do you use?  I usually just scratch my stuff out with a mechanical pencil and Photoshop the lines for more contrast...just wondering how you do your stuff.

I use pretty much any pencil I can find laying around the house, simple #2's. I don't use mechanical pencil, I think the lead is to hard and doesn't blend very well.

Hail to the stick figure! Yea, better than i could do as well, i once did a picture of Boba and Jodo's helmets glaring at each other but i never got around to coloring it. It's better than i usually do though. Wish we had a scanner, maybe i'll get around to that...i don't really like coloring though.

Manji, I first want to say, your shading is beautiful.
Your comment about mechanical lead being too rough is true, there is a different chemical component and not enough clay to blend the carbon.
I'm not sure if you wanted constructed criticism or just to wow us with your talent so I took a long look at them before deciding to reply.  I feel you draw your hands too small in some of the pictures, it doesn't distract from the image but they are a little dwarfed.  Secondly the image half way down the first page the torso is a little too long and makes the character look gaunt.  If those were the effects you were attempting, then congratulations, your skill is where it should be; if it is not the effect you wanted, perhaps studying a mirror or another person will help.  I'm not sure if you draw from pictures or just from your imagination, but try to sketch from life if you haven't already tried it.

PS: what do you plan to do with your skill? is this just a hobby or is it to be your carreer?

Hey, Lyfett, thank you. I do appreciate any sort of constructive criticism! Actually, I do plan on going to Art School. I'd actually love to get into animation, believe it or not.
