I thought I'd post a topic about the new NBC show Heroes which premired yesterday. I thought it was pretty cool, though the part with the garbage disposal was really gross (I'm a real chicken about those things, however). It definitly has me interisted, and I can't wait for next weeks episode.
Thoughts, comments, opinions anyone?

Sorted by oldest to newest...didn't have a chance to watch it, really. Just started college, and the only show I make time for is LOST...NBC did quite a bit of ad campaigning for that one though.

I really liked it too. I’d have to say that the Japanese guy was my favorite…

I do not watch the television very much, but what was the garbage disposal scene?
A teenage girl stuck her hand in the garbage disposal, seriously messed it up, and then it healed in a few seconds. I wish I could do that. ;)

I missed it, I had to work...but aren't they going to start running it on SciFi channel as well? It looks pretty good.

My favs are the japanese guy and the crack-addicted painter who can see the future.
New episode tonight. I'm definitly anticipating this. You guys should really set aside enough time just to see it once, really.
My favs are the japanese guy and the crack-addicted painter who can see the future.
Those two are my favorites as well.
With the blonde woman that has the spilt-personality, it kind of shows you that not all of these people are going to be good.
I tend to think of her as like Piccolo Daiman and Kame-sama from Dragonball (and Dragonball Z). Essentially Piccolo is all bad, and Kame is all good. The side of the woman we always see is all good, but the side of her that lives in the mirror is all bad. But I think she'll manage to overcome the bad side eventually.
I like Hiro (the Japanese businessman) too. He's just so silly, and already in that "I will never use my powers for evil!" mindset. =3
Anyone see the latest episode? Wowee-zowee, and up until now I thought Claire was unstoppable.
"Ni-San Ver-sa! NI-SAN VER-SA!"
SHe is unstoppable. She just has to figure out how to explain how she survived a stick in her head and waking up in the autopsy room with her belly open XD
Naw, she was basically "dead" while that stick was lodged in her neck...
I've only seen two episodes; I always come into shows late. My guess is that the cheerleader will either get caught, or that she'll have to take on an alternate identity so no one knows she's immortal.
