Topic: Dash Rendar

i love him,  i saw him in a book. Him and lando dont get along very well, lol ! ( shadows of the empire )

He's allright. If you're really into him there's that old nintendo game that you play as Dash. I think that Dash was more of a smuggler rather than a bounty hunter.

But you forget the description thingy for this says "Hunters like Jodo Kast. Smugglers like Han Solo." :D

I havnt heard of him, but I looked him up on wookiepedia.I dont like him much, he seems to much like Han Solo+Kyle Katarn.

Dash was basically a fill in character for Han Solo in Shadows of the Empire. It was a novel, a comic and a game.

I had shadows of the empire on N64 but i got really annoyed with it and threw it at my bedroom wall. lol,
    IT BROKE! LOL!   i regret doing it for months now.......lol

I dont know.... Ralin.. i read the sote book and luke clearly saw him explode because Vader blew it up, but i'm not sure.....

Er...Unless he was in an escape pod, or was wearing a vacum suit and jumped out/somehow avoided the explosion/shrapnel then hes dead.

The Star Wars databank says that he lived, by carefully timing his jump to hyperspace at the time of the explosion. This was beacuse he "decided his life as a Rebel had come to an end".

Dash couldnt have died, he was a hero. and quick with a blaster. He couldnt have....... What about leebo , his droid? did leebo get destroyed?

Heros can die. Ever hear of Qui-gon Jin? Or Obi wan? Or Yoda?

Dont know havnt read the book, or played the game. All I know is that Star Wars seems to borrow from a lot of stuff, or alot of stuff seems to borrow from Star Wars. Leebo's head has a striking resemblence to a Cylon's

Leebo couldnt move from the pilot chair, probably. He possibly got incinerated from the shrapnel and flames.

But who really cares about a droid?

as for dash, i thought he was a fun character, and to date-SotE is my favorite story in the starwars trilogy.
introducing very memorable charcters and story. dash was a knock-off Solo, but the character formula is tight, so why not duplicate-the other one was on ice(errr, carbonite).

Don't know what happened to Leebo. Couldn't find anything either that tells of his fate after SotE. It's possible that he might have survived with Dash, but when Dash pops back up in the universe he is Leebo-less and ends up forming a partnership with Guri.

Leebo found the cylons and decided to hang with them :P

Fett 2 , really. I think " yes " who cares about a droid. But I like Leebo. He's sort of a hero. I'm only 11, so i can like something that you dont. I'm not argueing but you and the others are older than me and may not think droids are cool, but i do...

I still prefer Han Solo to Dash.
