I am 32. For now haha. 33 in January.
Turned 34 last month... and found my first grey hair this year. It's kind of traumatizing, you know.
Cast iron and treadmills? Oh yes. Still sculpting me to what I really want to be, and I love it. :)
I assure you I was even younger, 29 or 30, when my first gray hair showed up.

Hmm I think "old" sums it up. Especially when I've just come back from a Wiggles concert with my 2 & a half year old.
