I dunno.  I read "dead eye duncun" and immediately thought Dum dum dugan.  Turns out he was a skrull...

Anyway.  I'd say Binks.  Just because Lucas thinks of him as a nigh invulnerable character and would sabotage Dead Eye's blaster by making it explode in his hand or something.

Jar Jar's stupidity would throw Dead Eye's concentration off, and somehow Jar Jar makes a ship crash on Dead Eye. End of battle.

Well supposedly a Skrull killed him then assumed his identity.  But who knows if he is actually dead.

Look, let's put it this way.... Ja Ja has no weapon.  And deadeye duncan has got a vibroblade and a blaster. I think Ja Ja would win? Absolutely! NOT!

Although, Ja Ja is good at running, so he would probably dodge a few blaster bolts.

And if, dead eye ran out of ammo, he could just kill Ja Ja with the Vibroblade.

i don't know about that masterchief, Jar Jar's stupidity and luck managed to make him a general, and help him win the Battle For Naboo.

yeah. Jar Jar's incredible amount of luck allows him to defeat tanks and vast amounts of droids. He'd win. Somehow.

He defeated three droids by using a battle droid as a rifle. When he stepped on it, the blaster rifle fired. It was soooo FUNNY! :P
