Hey people,
I've been wanting to put some stuff on the site for a while now, and I've been getting better at drawing. Feel free to comment and criticize, I could use any info I can get on how to get better. Also, I would love to see other peoples drawings and their styles, so feel absoulutly to post your drawings if you want to. I recently purchased a Bamboo fun drawing tablet, so I hope once I get used to it, I can put drawings from that on here, other than that, all drawings are hand drawn. I'll also post some of my non-star wars drawings, as I'm a lot better at drawing other stuff :) Hope you like my drawings, and I hope to see some of your drawings people :)
Here are two drawings of the Fett man
My first attempt at drawing Boba:

Great job CA! :D

nice. the shading on helmet of the second tip top!
keep up the good work.
one question, the name on the drawing looks like "bat" is that correct?
Nice CA, I also like the ink one. What did you use? A Sharpie?
(I'm pretty sure it says Boo)

Thanks for the comments guys, it does say Boo. those of you who know me well enough will get it :P I used a scrapbook marker, as I don't like how sharpies tend to bleed more and don't seem to get enough detail in for me at least. If any of you want to suggest a character to draw, that would be appreciated, I think my parents are getting concerned for my constant drawing of Boba :P I'm also trying to do a Master Chief drawing from Halo, but the armor is really complex. Anyhow, I'm open to suggestions, although it might take me a few times to get it right. Thanks again for the nice words and feel free to put some of your own work up. :D
P.S. I'm hoping to be able to put something up tommorow, but no promises
Perhaps...........................................You could draw...... one of those or any other imperial personal :D
(or even chaos space marines, like these guys http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/mediawiki/images/0/02/BlackLegionMarine.jpg )
P.S. Well anything WH40K really :D

Hmm. Interesting character, I'll have to do a bit more research on him (does it have a gender? looks robotic) Anyhow, I'm drawing a spiffy water dragon at the moment, and I'm thinking of drawing an imperial guard, but I'll see if I have time.
Well their all male, the one in the link is a chaos space marine, you can use the site to look up Space Marines, these are legions, many of them are heretics, and are now Chaos Space Marines. The legions have been split up into many smaller armies called Chapters. http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Space_Marine_Legion
You could also draw Revan :D

Ah very nice CA. I myself like the Ink one a bit more over the color too. Keep it up! ( I never know what to draw, so that's why I stick to painting and photography. Sorry I can't help you there.)
"Suggestion: Electrocution works well. Evisceration and Decapitation are also effective, or um, so I've heard."

Hey people,
thanx again for the nice words, and there is a question I have for any artists here. It always seems as though my drawings are more cartoon-ish, I'm trying to get better on shading and stuff, but is there a good way to make drawings seem more real life? Thanks again :D
CA
Nice pics Clan Sis :D
Since you're playing KOTOR for the first time, maybe an Old Republic Mando or Sith Trooper would be a good subject for your next project.
Hope to see more soon :)
P.S. About the Old Rep. Mandos; I showed you that one pic, and that's the only style of armor you'll see in Kotor *with the exception of a heavy version you can pic up........minus the helmet :( * However, in reality *assuming the pics from the Knights of the Old Republic comics are canon* the Mando's are VERY diverse, including T-visors, jet-packs, and just about every other variation/customization you could imagion. So a great project might be your idea for your own Old Rep. Mando armor! Or just one you would like to see. If you like, I could try to take pics of the comic where I saw these different Mandos for you, or if anybody else has KOTOR Flashpoint and/or other comics with lots of old-style Mandos, maybe you could do the same.
GAHHHH!!!!! I forgot about this thread.......
Now it's official; I'm the ONLY active member of Clan Drakus *except A_A, if he counts......damn double agent :P * who can't draw/paint or create anything else remotely considered art :(
Been working on anything new you'd like to share CA? Would love to look since I can't make :P
Pish Posh Alor... I'm sure if you tried you be at least better than I am at drawing.
"Suggestion: Electrocution works well. Evisceration and Decapitation are also effective, or um, so I've heard."

aww, poor Ralin :P not all my drawings are star wars, so I'm gonna put up my next favorite thing to draw: dragons :D anyhow, sorry for the poor lighting, wishing for photoshop so I could sharpen everything up.
dragon and then I put two eye examples for a nice dragon vs evil dragon, I'll try and add another dragon later on. Any way to make improvements is always appreciated. :D
lol, just came across that other dragon, well, actually, a combo between a dragon and a dolphin type thing :P
and here's an old drawing of a horse I did way back but I still think it's kinda cool looking

Don't bet money on that..........
Well done, vod'ika. As far as inking goes, I usually imagine which direction the light would be coming from in relation to the object. That way I get an idea of where all the shadows would fall among the objects lines.
As far as ink itself, I like to use Pilot gel ink, the ink is nice and smooth and has good coverage. I get the pens with the grip, so I don't get too much resistance in my hands (damn you carpel tunnel...lol)
Awesome work, keep it up...
