Venom if Batman didn't have some sort of resistance to the symbiote (and Eddie wasn't stupid enough to "unmask"...)

personally, i can't stand Marvel (i'm a DC fan), so Batman wins! yay!

Bats, even though I'm a Marvel fan overall.
Venom, mostly because batman isnt super at all, he isnt a match for venoms super-strength.

VENOM for sure, I'm neither DC or Marvel fan, I only read Dark Horse but Venoms just looks so cool so Venom :D

Venom (the original), as Eddie Brock was already strong, fast, and agile, and the symbiote increased those abilities, and added new ones, greatly.
Venom has beaten Spiderman more than once, and Spiderman and Batman seem about equal to me.
Jodo, Todd MacFarlane has nothing to do with Dark Horse, he's Image.
