Topic: What if Boba was older?

What do you think would have happened to Boba if he was a few years older and could have fought with Jango on Geonosis?

Either he would have gotten killed with Jango or both would have gotten out f there in one piece save a few scars. Knowing Boba Fett the latter bears more weight. I don't think Mace Windu could have pulled off what he did with two of them to contend with especially as Boba is known for his stealth.

You know, Jango almost could have killed Mace. Blocking Jango's pistols aren't an easy feat..
However, his jetpack broke, screwing up his planning.

With Boba, Mace would be dead. I don't know how long they'd last verses the Gunships though.

I think Sharra's right, Boba would have bitten the dust or come very close to it. He wasn't battle hardened.

I think that there still is a lot of if's. How much older is Boba? has he not fought enough to be "battle hardened"?
and has he fought Jedi before?
But even if we just go with what we've seen of them both I think like Sharra Fett and Mel that they would make it but it wouldn't be easy, just like Jango did with the mando's before.

Boba would double team Windu, and completly destroy him then they would escape. Jango would retire, settle down with a nice woman get married and have a few more kids. And every time Boba would go to visit his brothers and sisters they'll be like Boba Boba!!!(hugs all around) cause he's their favorite sibling.

I think that if had only been a few years older then Boba would have died along with Jango.

If it would have been at least a decade older then Boba would have survived and caused a lot of pain to the Jedi.

Jango would have survived anyway, if the reek hadn't crushed his equipment he would have had more weapons to use on Mace or be able to fly away. If Boba was old enough to fight at the time Boba could have covered Jango.

To make everyone clear Boba would be his age from episodes 4, 5 and 6.

I think they would have died. Either killed by Mace, Obi-Wan or fire from the gunships. There would have been a lot less Jedi that survived that fight though, probably only Fisto, Plo Koon, Windu,  Obi-Wan, and maybe Aayla.

And for Boba to be his age from the original trilogy he would have had to be a "normal" clone and have undergone the accelerated aging, wouldn't he? Or is this a Boba who is the "natural" son of Jango and actually has a mom and all that?

Just had a thought while I was typing that second part. I think they would have survived. Jango would have been on the ground like he was in AOTC and Boba would have been in orbit in Slave 1. When the Jedi popped up, Jango would have called in Boba and he would have swooped in with Slave, laid waste to the Jedi on the ground, Jango (and maybe Dooku) would have jumped onboard, Boba would have dropped a few seismic charges to make sure all the Jedi were dead and then they would have flown off just as the clone trooper reinforcements showed up. Boba survives, Jango survives, and Dooku still makes it to Ep.3. Boba probably would have come under fire for killing Sidious' future apprentice, though.

With all the "important" Jedi dead (with the exception of Yoda), Episode 3 focuses on the Fetts leading squads  of Clone Troopers in assassinating the remaining Jedi and the original trilogy becomes unrecognizable. No Luke, no Ben, no Leia, Solo and Chewie are just bountyheads, no Vader, and the Fetts are the Emperor's right hand men (even though Jango's old by now and Boba's getting up there in age).

boba hasnt fully understood the concept of bountying because he is only 11/12 years old, but , as in your case, he is maybe 14 16 then. but i think he would die because he isnt good at bountying yet    :X

"Bountying" isn't a word. Bounty hunting is (techniclly it is two).

Clonemedic, that actually sounds pretty nifty, especially Episode III.

I'm not arguing with you, and I don't hate you. I would act the same to everyone else, but they don't give a chance. Why do you always assume I'm yelling at you, rather than trying to help you? If I made up a word and thought it was real, I would hope that somebody would correct me.

Say Boba and Jango were fighting on the ground and survived up to the point when the clone troopers arrived, would the clones have fired on their "father" and "brother"?

jango and boba would defeat them, wouldnt they? because there so strong and have unique abilities with blasters? :X

I don't think so. The clones are all skilled with blasters, and are strong. The also outnumber Boba and Jango.

Using a blaster well doesn't count as a "unique" ability. A handy skill or talent to have, but not unique.

You think they would be firing to kill or just giving the impression they were being serious, in order to give Jango and Boba time to retreat. Not like the Jedi would be able to tell the difference, anyway. They couldn't tell Anakin was a gullible idiot all these years or that the greatest source of Dark Side energy and the biggest threat to galactic democracy was smiling at them for years.
