I think they'd make out, "Hi I'm C3P0 human cyborg relations and I would like to have relations with you, you big hunk of metal." :P

but C-3PO can't bend his arms, so making out would be hard.

3PO had been in a battle. that is why I think he would win.

that's only because he had a battle droid's head.

I would rather go to battle in pieces than not at all.

and the explosion that i mentiond before from when he fell would destroy the galaxy, because C3PO uses a Type 583 Chuck Norris Drive as a power source and TC-14 uses a Mr.T Advanced Pitty Drive Type A, the resulting explosion from from the initial explosion that ruptured TC's contaiment shell for preventing explosions that may cause such galaxy-destroying explosions like the before mentiond explosion from occuring outside the drive causing the molecules of the Chuck Norris drive and the Mr.T drive meeting would be cataclysmic

Realistically C3P0 would scream like a girl and run away. Either that or both droids would stand there slapping hands but not hitting anything.

and then a group of battle droids would eventually blast them to smithereens!

no that's like T3-E7 or something. TC-14 is the protocol droid that served Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan drinks on the Trade Federation ship in Episode 1.
