50 miles? Nice! I can only run about 2 miles... Never mind hike it.

Where did you go hiking? I imagine 50 miles of hiking must be tough. I have run several marathons and ended up stiff as a board for several days and 26.2 miles is little more than HALF the distance of 50 miles. I hope you soon recover!

we Hiked along old railroad tracks, but the rockes ALWAYS moved, so it was really hard on our ankles.

I am glad that you had fun :D I must admit that I like walking, it is much better than running.
