Topic: SW tv series Cassuss Fett introduction

George has said he could do series based back in the old republic times. Perhaps Cassuss Fett will finaly be revealed?
What do you think? would you like to see this? perhaps an entire series based on the Mandalorian wars we heard so much about in knights of the old republic.  with a new line of toys :D

I know theres already a thread about kotor tv series so dont point it out, this is about CASSUSS mostly.

The character's name is Cassus. Because he never had any actual apperances, I doubt that he would have more than a cameo.

That would be awful. I can just imagine all the horridness that would follow. He'd be the bad guy of course, but super 1337 so the little mindless kids who enjoy bloodbaths with no point would watch it, and of course he'd say awful lines that are spoofs of things Boba says, and oh of course he'd have a ship that just so happens to resemble Slave I, and it would just be awful.

Personally, I am ambivalent about the idea. On one hand I would like to learn more about Cassus Fett and the Mandolorians but on the other hand I can see Miba's point.

Well its not going to happen, the live action TV series is set between Ep 3-4 and the animated during the clone wars.

I would like it to be about the Mandalorians in general, not Cassus.

George has said he might do a series about knights of the old republic, i would guess as im sure to many of you it would be common sence that the series between ep 3 an 4 will be seprate from kotor. we're not talking about the series that will definitly be. perhaps read the first post.

Even if they did make a series about Knights of the Old Republic, there is still one problem with your theory: Cassus was not in Knights of the Old Republic.

Draco has a point here. Only Cassus's heavy blaster pistol and his armor were in KotOR.

Cassus Fett? that would be cool but I doubt it, I think it will be about the Empire struggling to regain control over the galaxy and wars with the new republic. Either that or maybe the Jedi coming back kinda like the Jedi Knight series with Kyle Katarn and all of them.

Jesse, Cassus was dead by the time of the game.

But it may not be centered around the game.  It could go into Exar Kun or something.

There's been talk of a cameo of Cassus Fett in the Knights of the Old Republic comic books, since he was one of the Mandalore's advisors or some such.  And the comic takes place before the video game, chronologically.  So, that would be pretty neat.
