My crapiest helmet was, I made a Jango Fett helmet out of a cardboard box and I cut the T visor out and put padding in side and it had an antena also. Whats yours?

Probably my regular ol' Don Post Fett helmet. I tried modifieing it (at the time I wasn't aware of paint thinners negative affects on plastics), and it just turned into a gooey mess.

When I was a young kid, I made a Boba helmet out of some roundish aluminum cooking pots. My dad cut the T-visor out with his tools. It never stayed on straight and I out grew it pretty quick. I stopped playing with it when it hurt to take off. My nose would stick out of the front. i wish i had pictures.
Well, I have never made a Mando helmet, but I DID make some cardboard "armour" once... My dog got to experience seeing a fully clad, Mandalorian warrior running towards him, and the experience scared him out of his wits. I think the blaster sound effects helped. :) :) *evil grin*
