My sister got me this for my birthday this month, on the box it said Target exclusive. I don't know how tall the original one was, but, this one stands at least a foot tall. If you see this item and never got the original I would highly reccomend buying it.
(Although, I'm not sure if this is new or not. I believe it is.)
Wow, that's a hard one to find. It came out a little while ago, but it's always a premium at collectible shops.

The only difference that I know of is the packaging.
They have them in down town disney also, but they are like $10 more than Target. But I found mine at Target.
