I'm watching. I mean, when the T.V. isn't being used for videogames.
I new to the whole football thing, so I'm not partial (sp?) to any peticular team.

As far as Brasil goes...they are going all the way----for sure with RONALDO....leading them the whole way. Yes he is a vet...but he still has got all of that raw skill baby!!!

I heard one man say that Americans shoudn't use the word 'football' for their national sport,cause in Europe football (aka soccer)was invented about 200 years ago or something.I don't know what to believe though..

I despise the game myself, and only watch it on the day of the super bowl....cause my friends are watching it. I say WHATEVER to all those ego/think they r buff/a little over weight football players......

I got to watch the World Cup in Portugal and in Spain! I got to see the Portugal vs Angola game in P-gal, and one of the Spain games in Spain (can't remember which one), then Spain vs. Saudi Arabia game in P-gal. I had to sleep through the celebrations in P-gal for Portugal vs Holland (people were holding down their car horns for 3 hours straight, NO exaggeration at all. I don't know how they had the attention span for it.) And then last night on the airplane home the pilot was giving us updates on the Argentina vs. Germany game (I think.)
And then this morning I hauled myself out of bed to see Portugal beat England! Hooray! Today I'm dressed in my Portugal soccer fan paraphernalia, which I bought in P-gal two weeks ago.
Soccer just isn't very big in the USA, which is why our team lost so early on. So I'm rooting for Portugal all the way!
