Anyone ever heard of Jangotat? He lived during the Clone Wars,he was an ordinary clone Captain. But he made a difference:He loved. His name was A-98 or "Nate".An Arc Captain, from the tough ones.He was on a mission to Ord Cestus with his squad,Obi-Wan and Kit Fisto, where he met Sheeka Tull. She was a female human.Sheeka was the girlfriend of Jango a long time ago,so when he saw "Nate" she felt in love with him.In this point,I must add that clones because they are trained very well, theyfeel that they know everything. But Sheeka made him concious of the real life so he began to realise if there is a better world than that of a soldiers.Eventually he also fell in love with her and he took the name she gave him:Jangotat,in Mandalorian"Jango's brother".Although he eventually died,he died with the thought that he was a human not a killing machine....I was very touched when I first read this book,seriously....

huh, very informative DMC, Ya got any links as to where I can read about the whole story? This seems very interesting. It seems as if Star Wars is getting more and more romantic. The story sounds very touching even when you read it.

Funny you should mention him.  I just found this by accident today on the Wookieepedia site.  Never knew any of this before.

Jangotat sounds like some Yorkshire guy talking about some merchandise with Jango's face on it...

Come on...Jangotat was the luckiest clone trooper! He actually managed to see the good side of life! And I don't think that he is a Yorkshire guy talking about  some merchandise...

Well what I meant was....
well for instance if someone wanted a Jango Fettt decorated room.

"Allright we'll have a couple of posters here, some picturesd on the desk and on the shlef a bit of Jango Tat"

as in Jango crap...

The reason I brought this up was because the first time I heard about Jangotat, I thought someone ws talking about like Jango Fett lamps and Jango Fett Phones.

It was probably due to the fact that it was a Yorkshire web site I was looking on...

Well as for Jango Tat you can't say that cause Jangotat isn't an English, but a Mandalorian word which means 'Jango's brother'.I think that it REALLY HAS MEANING!(good)

well jangotat wouldn't be the oly clone to have a love life.if you read karen traviss' book triple zero several clones fall in love and one even has a son!but i'm not really a fan of the romantic side of star wars especially if it has to do with battle hardenedd clone troopers or mandalorians.but that's only my opinion.

Ooh, another book to go on the reading list.  But to be honest, I'd much prefer to read a love story about a real Fett.  I can only read the Dengar story so many times.

FIERFEK GREAT!!! Another Book i'll have to pick up!! :D :D :D j/k

Jangotat sounds weird. It's the Mandalorian word for " Jango's Brother? "
But wouldn't it be Jangovod?
Because " Vod " is the Mandalorian word for Brother.
Hmmmmmmmm, mabye it was written before KT made Hard Contact.

I think it was written before Hard Contact.
Because all that stuff is from the Clone Wars comic series.
Not the ones adapted from the cartoon though.

I read something on that a LONG time ago. The article said that there were grammatical differences in the different realms of Mandalorian groups.

I think that's what it said, anyway!

Niner! How you doing, ner vod? ;)

Where are Fi and Dar??? :P

I think you're right, the whole Hard contact/triple zero series came out just recently and is alot newer than Jangotat...

Um...just to clear up Jangotat's name, the "tat" part is from the Concord Dawn dialect. But your right too about "Jangovod" :)
