Boba Fett's Damaged Jetpack for "Return of the Jedi"
Features a lightsaber gash not shown happening in the film, but in the storyboards (and presumably filmed but left on the cutting room floor). Han then taps the damaged pack (which is seen like this in the film for a brief second), which sends him tumbling into the pit.
