Officially called the The Comics, Film and Fantasy Convention, presented by Marvel. It was October 18-19, 1980.
According to costume expert Jb Dubz: "This isn't pre-pro1. It's the Eyes helmet sure, but nothing else is PP1, the armor is a Sandy set, gloves ESBish, right PP2 gauntlet. Not sure about the jetpack but even in black and white it doesn't look like the multi-color scheme, looks ESB monochromatic green."
