One Boba Fett story called "Wait For It" by Zoraida Córdova, plus one involving Slave I called "Standard Imperial Procedure" by Sarwat Chadda.
Slave I story, summed up by its author: "Meet Ashon. He's a garbage man on an Imperial Star Destroyer. He tries to make a deal with Boba Fett. It goes... badly."
There's a third story with Fett, but just barely. Lilliam Rivera penned it mostly about a new character who lives in Cloud City. The story involves her meeting her "hero." The author notes, "she shows you what the people are really doing to survive!"
