Just a few hours until the next episode, so starting up the thread.
Spoilers Ahead
Chapter 12 is confirmed to be directed by Carl Weathers, who also plays Greef Karga. He's been active on Twitter hyping it up for days.
Gina Carano shared a picture on Instagram, so Cara Dune should be back.
IMDb, which has been a mixed bag in terms of accuracy, says the episode description is as follows: "The Mandalorian rejoins old allies for a new mission."
Expect more with The Child in this episode, too. Just sayin'.

Based on the synopsis I’m expecting the return of Greef, Cara, and maybe even the blue fish dude from S1E1.

Some clues about The Child. Interesting that Cara and Greef don't relay this info to Din.
Moff Gideon's back and preparing some kind of new army there at the end, huh?

That new army looked interesting for sure

Press kit photos:
Note the blooper here: there’s a crew member in the background on the left in a t-shirt and jeans. They didn’t paint him out in the show nor the press photo. Whoops!

Ok, what did the (clones?) clad all in black at the very end look like?! I was watching it on my phone in a room with bad lighting and all my brain could interpret was "vader clones"?
And was that a Republic Cruiser?!

GeekPharm, fans seem to think those might be canon versions of the Dark Troopers seen in the Expanded Universe / Legends. So, different somehow but similar.
See https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Dark_trooper for a quick overview of those.

The cruiser was one of those Arquitens class cruisers from Star Wars: Rebels.

I love how we're finally seeing "live" versions of those and the Imperial Gozanti cruisers from that show.
As for the group clad in black, it's believed to be some kind of Dark Trooper type soldier.
