VERY interesting match-up......
I'd have to go with Revan based on what we know of his story. But if you're going by the game, I think you can make the Exile much more powerful in the Force, so tough call

In terms of their prime I'd say Revan. And I think Revan's prime was when he was a Sith as it was when he had the most power (matter of perspective but whatever). He had an in-depth view of the Dark Side and was able to wield it lethally.
Light side Revan is a bit more of a challenge. I still say Revan.

Definitely Revan. I am on the unknown world on my first playthrough of KOTOR, and Revan is so cool. Especially my one with Solaris crystal blue lightsaber, full body mandalorian assault armor, and genohardan strength gauntlets. (he is lightside)
