Topic: We Desperately Need A New Layout!

WE NEED A NEW FORUM LAYOUT!!! AND A NEW BANNER! Our forum layout, texts, banner, color is ALL getting VERY dull and boring and hard to look at some times. I have stumbled across a couple BETTER star wars layouts than the one here at BFFC, and this should hopeful hit Aaron.....

I mean, if I pick ANY Star Wars forum, the layout is better than this! Forum codes are hard to find, but to SOME poeple easy to make. We need a solution. Any ideas???

I do not like any of those Most I think look cliche and I don't think we need to barrow from other forms.

If we change to TFN's layout I will stop coming. I like their costuming boards, but beyond that their forums are complete junk. They're impossible to navigate, have headache inducing color schemes, and are just designed poorly.

I like what we have already. It's simple, it's color is easy on the eyes, and it's familiar.

I'm with Miba. I like the simplicity. Its not complicated or jumbled. I think nothing should be changed.

I like our layout. Its unique, and easy to use for the newer members.

and it doesn't cause seizures.

I techincally am a member of the TFN and I never liked that layout. It made it impossible and difficult. I like this layout myself very much so.

I like the skin, but a banner would be nice--just something of Fett. Other than that, this is well laid out.

I can't say the examples you got there are really better than this one. Also, you have to remember, when a website gets more *graphic*, it gets harder for slow-end users to cope with loading times.

I appreciate that you mentioned me, Alo. I plan on analyzing the site deeply for Aaron this summer, when I have more free time. But I'd say no matter what we do, we must not lose what makes the personality of this site, so there could be some graphic improvements, but we'd basically need to keep within the same color schemes and same clear organization.
