They're both an honorable, warrior race so who would win if they both crossed paths one day?
Mandalorians seem smarter and have better armor, weapons and technology. Then again, Klingons are stronger and have some pretty good weapons and ships themselves.
I vote Mandalorians, because a Basalisk War Droid could probably take down a Klingon Bird of Prey any day. Plus a Mandalorian Assault Rifle packs more of a punch than a Phaser if you ask me.

I vote Mandalorians not only because of their weapons but also because they have better war tactics as well.
