Meh it was predictable.  Favre is putting the Jets in the dumps again unless they can find a decent replacement.  I was enjoying their season of relatively good playing.  Was the list off wikipedia?

He sucks, so do the Pats. Therefore, I like him. But he wasn't all that great on the Jets.

Hey guess what...I know this is old news but the Jets released Brett Favre. From what I hear the Vikings are trying to get him to come...I think he should at least make it 20 years in the NFL....I believe that is only 1 more season...

He's been saying that he would retire for like five years now.
So I dont know if he's retiring for good.

Brett Farve is getting his swagger back. Look at the the game last week.

I still think it's pretty lousy of him to put his teams on the spot every season - make a desision man, then Stick to it!  Seems even lower that he'd join the Vikings...  the arch rival of the team that made him great and of the fans that loved him so much.  I'm not usually a guy who says ball players, rich ppl, etc "owe" everybody else for their success; they would have nothing if it wasn't for their own personal drive and commitment - but after all that time I'd feel I owed Green Bay something... more then enough to NOT come back to their stadium twice a year wearing purple and gold...

But you can't deny, he was a Great pick-up by Minnisota; they made a gamble and it's REALLY paying off right now - time will tell if he's able to keep up his rythm or if he'll wear down again like he did in New York

i hope the vikings' season turns to crap this year; i can't forgive him for what he did with the jets.

Wow, was he that bad for them?  I thought he was doing great until he hurt his shoulder - and even then I thought they were a step up from the year prior. 

Either way, the Jets REALLY seem to be on the right track right now - their new QB looks like he could be the real deal.  Damn Romo... I'd trade him for your dude right now

yeah mark sanchez is awesome. plus the jets just got braylon edwards so that will be another great addition to the team.

Green Bay did him wrong...Brett Favre was at Green Bay 16 years. It was hard for him to move on.
