TPM 100%
AOTC 100%(80% until they get to geonosis then it picks up)
ROTS 100%(100% all the way. It is emotionally the most powerfull of the saga and the battles are the best. And the plot is perfect)
ANH 100%
TESB 100%
ROTJ 100%

TPM - 100, 99 cuz of Jar Jar and Anakin being whiny
AOTC - 80, the romance was boring and could've been cut out, or at least acted better, the fighting was good
ROTS - 100, get rid of the romance, or do it better! fighting was beast
the original trilogy defines Epic, so they all get 100, no problems
You're much more generous then I:
TPM 60% - kid who played Anakin couldn't act to save himself and Darth Maul was underused
AOTC 80% - the "love story" was rubbish, the destruction of Boba's EU past, but Obi Wan's story was great
ROTS 80% - Padme died so predicably and lamely but we got to see more clone trooper action
ANH 100% - The original and the best, Luke's whining does become endearing... eventually :P
TESB 95% - The first intro to Boba!
ROTJ 95% - Luke becomes a Jedi, Ewoks beat Stormtroopers at Paper, Scissors, Rock :P
