Topic: Star Wars Christmas Ornaments

I hope this is in the right section, but yesterday I was at Target looking through the halloween decorations and came across a small Star Wars Christmas section. So many cool things I can't even describe but I bought this decoration that you would place on a coffee table. It's very big and Is Boba Fett standing on snow. He has a candy cane in his hand that he is holding like he's gonna blast someone with it.

I believe he has a santa hat on. Behind him is Hans Solo...frozen in carbonite and is wrapped in a big red bow with a Christmas tag that says " to Jabba" I will take a picture tonight and put it up tomorrow. Everyone to target!!! Here's a website of some of the ornaments.

Right on.  I'll have to be on the lookout for some.  I did notice they already had the Halloween costumes out, and they had a pretty decent one of Boba Fett and another one of Jango Fett.

i've got an old x-mas ornament, and it is Boba from ESB. i've been putting it on the tree since i got it :D

I have/had a star trek thing, I think it was the Enterprise. Im not sure about star wars though.....
(gah a hate the little kids that run around in these costumes of all my favorite imaginary people.....
just because some of the costumes dont look good.)

Found a link with that new ornament Sintas.  It's only a colored sketch drawing, though.  I found some the other day at Target.  They're by Kurt S. Adler.  His company did several Fett ornaments last year.  They didn't have a Fett one on this trip, though, so I'll have to keep looking.  Thanks for the tip, though.

On the "to" card, on Han Solo's slab....it says "To: TK-421."  It's from A New Hope, after Luke and Han knock out the Stormtroopers and take their armor.  The officer looks out and says, "TK-421, why aren't you at your post?"

Yes, 30.00 is more than Target was. I just went and checked mine that I bought last year, and it was only 19.99.

I passed over that Holiday Boba one day at Target, and when i actually planned to buy it later, it was gone. At every Target around. :(

Yeah, I've noticed that too.  They're making quite a bit of Fett and Mandalorian related merchandise these last two years.  Seems like you have alot of stuff aimed at the two major Star Wars costuming groups.  You have all the Trooper collectibles for all the 501st guys and now alot of Fett and Mandalorian stuff for all the BFFC, Dented Helmet, and Mando Mercs guys.  I was telling my wife the other day that the surge in the Star Wars costuming reminds me of when I used to go to the Sci-Fi Cons and all you saw were the two big Star Trek costuming groups.  Only now it's Star Wars.  You have the Federation guys, with their nice clean uniforms (Stormtroopers) and you had the rough and rowdy Klingons (Mandalorians).  In the words of Information Society (or more recently, Battlestar Galactica); "All of this has happened before...and it will all happen again..."  Now, I'm just waiting for a printed version of the Mando/ English dictionary or have the works of Shakespeare translated into Mando'a.  You haven't experienced Shakespeare, until you've read it in it's original Mando'a.

Anyway, all the new Fett merchandise makes me think, all the more, that he might make an appearance in the Clone Wars cartoon.  I can only hope.  Since the animation style is different from the original Clone Wars cartoon, you know what that means?  All new sculpted Animated Style Boba Fett statuettes.
