Topic: Petiton to boot "fans"

It has come to my attention that some people have come to this site with the purpose of posting spam topics, and annoying the hell out of people who come here to talk to other fans, or legitimate members

A list of these members follows:

I personaly have nothing against these people, however if they are only here because a request of a member of another site, who chose the bring them here to "defame Boba Fett" I belive that they should be removed from this website.

Adeptus, thanks for your enthusiasm, but we're not going to ban these members until each and every one of them violates an actual rule here.

BFFC is a very open, uncensored, friendly operation. Several of you have used the "report" link to flag posts already, and that's when urgent action is taken.

I'll be e-mailing the administrator of their message board, since this was all coordinated, but they can mess around here as much as they'd like, until it's actually objectionable.

I recived a message, telling me some of them have been temporarily banned, two for language, and others for other reasons. I dont think this had much to do with it.

It seems I missed this whole thing...
Who of these new members got banned?

I guess I missed it too, did any of them get banned? And how do you know they are not all the same person?

i heard a nasty rumour they are not.

They are rather annoying, posting weird and random topics that make no sense. In fact I'm avoiding the General section until it stops.

Sev, the moderators and I tend to discuss "unique" cases privately, but we try to cite our posted rules as the rules to follow for using these message boards. Reporting comments, e-mailing me and/or private messaging me or other moderators will also be weighed. Bans vary in length.
