Author Andy Mangles (http://www.andymangels.com/swgalaxy.html) may know, as he contributed to the issue. The insert poster was painted by Jason Palmer.

It's by Christopher Moeller.  He also does some art for the Magic the Gathering cards, too.

No problem, bro.  I looked all over the internet for almost twenty minutes trying to find out who the artist was.  Then, on a whim, I wondered if I had the picture on my computer with the artists name, and sure enough, there it was.  Stands to figure, just my luck.  That's what happens when you have way too many pics on your pc.  You forget about all the stuff on there.
