I’d choose ROTS (because all the amazing battles), ESB and ROTJ because Boba, Luke, Vader, Solo, Leia... They’re a classic :-)

AOTC- We're introduced to Jango.
ROTS- It ties the story up beautifully.
ROTJ- We find out Luke and Leia are siblings, which means Han gets the girl. ;)

Favorite Star Wars character: Boba. (Well, duh!)

And no, I do not have disney plus. I have to have everything spoiled for me. :(
