I have to agree with you. The Force is meant to be something that no one knows where it really originated from or what it actually is. I don't think there was any need to try and explain it with midi chlorians.

Reading a book recently that said Darth Plagueis theoretically could create a force sensitive being with the highest midi-chlorian count ever. Could he or Palpatine actually have managed this and created Anakin. If so it would explain Anakin never having a father and palpatines interest in him. Any thoughts?

I think Darth Mauls Sith Infiltrator would make a great bounty hunter ship as it not only has a large cargo hold for keeping prisoners but it also has proper cells. Also it has a cloaking device so this is the ship I think would make a good bounty hunter ship.

I guess he probably has different pieces of armour,equipment and weapons so he can modify his suit the the specifications of each mission

I don't Obi-Wan would have been able to beat palpatine. By the time the opportunity for the fight came around he was a form 3 specialist which is suited for fighting blaster wielding opponents and wouldn't have provided the offense needed to defeat palpatine.
