No changes with me and my situation at the moment. Although, I don't think there's much life left with my current relationship. =/

As long as you don't do what every girl does and go for flowers or stars or dolphins. That's like skulls and dragons for guys. Or Chinese characters. Though if I wanted a dragon, I'd go for an original looking dragon. Because that's how I roll.

As for putting them in inconspicuous places, how about that idiot girl who got 50 stars put on her face? o_O; Talk bout dumb.

And no, I don't have any tats. Too chicken! And I don't know what I'd like anyways!

Not a problem at all. And the chat is working again, just so you know. Though I've not seen anyone besides myself go in there since it's back up.

Again, unless you have the artists permission, it is NOT Ok! You have to get permission from the original artist! Otherwise it's theft, just like in the real world. And it's completely unfair to the original artist. THAT'S why it's a big deal.

Yeah, same here. This years El Nino really threw everything off. Though now it feels like we're making up for it, hahaha! So long as we get a proper monsoon season this year, instead of El Nino coming in and ruining it before it even started like last year.

Wasting time on art is awesome, though. I just got Photoshop back, I really need to sit down and really learn how to use it/practice using it. And yes, I plan on taking a class on how to use it soon.

As for my current time waster, video games. Shortly before Memorial Day last month I sat down and had a mega Metroid marathon. Played Metroid (the original), Metroid Prime, Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Super Metroid, and Metroid Fusion. In the span of about eight days. And then I played Super Metroid a second time. And then I played it a third time. And a fourth. And a fifth. And now I'm fighting off an addiction to play it again because I've really perfected my "100% in well under 2:30" technique. Oy. XD

I plan on writing some more this summer as well. ...When I'm not playing video games, lol!

Seven years ago, almost to the date (sometime next month), I was fifteen. For all of this, please keep in mind this is entirely internet based. Basically, I had two crushes, for the sake of simplicity lets call them....Crush C and Crush D (more interisting then A and B lol). Anyways, Crush D came forward and said he had a crush on me and asked if I would like to become his girlfriend. I didn't see any reason to say no, so I agreed. About two weeks later or so, Crush C came forward and said that he had a crush on me! Shocked and confused, I asked for a day or two to think about this, which he granted me. I think long and hard about it and ultimately decide to stay with Crush D, it coming down to the fact that he simply asked first. I explain this to Crush C, who, although dejected, agrees that we can continue to be (best) friends, and also tells me he will always love me.

Moving ahead to last month. C and I remained friends all of this time, basically being eachothers best friends. Now, I had a (noticable) crush on C every once in a while, but I never thought it as much of anything. Just a harmless crush. However, shortly after the semester ended last month, my crush on C suddenly exploded. And pretty much every day more and more we were learning that, in addition to our major common interests that lead us to becoming best friends, we have a lot of smaller, random, common thoughts, ideas, and coincidences (to the point where everytime we find another one [pretty much every day] we joke to "add it to the list"). I began thinking of him a lot more as well.

I don't know if it was the right decision or not, but a little more then three weeks ago I got up the courage to tell him that I, in fact, have a crush on him. C, although thoroughly shocked, admits he still does, in fact, have feelings for me. Both of us agreed to continue to be best friends for the moment, as both of us are in relationships, and don't want to do anything rash.

Yeah, I can't believe I said all that. But that's pretty much the whole story. And why I'm torn. And feel unsure about making the right decision seven years ago.

It should be worth pointing out that, while we immediatly rush forward with aid and help with international disasters, we do not have the same happen to us when we have disasters in our own country. I think a lot of people think "It's the US, they can handle it on their own" and don't give it a second thought.

As for the oil spill itself.... It breaks my heart evey time I see images of the spill, and I think it's terrible that BP took shotcuts just to be quick and cheap, not caring about the potential risk. Not to mention they should have been prepared to deal with an oil spill at any time.

It's terrible, siblings shouldn't hate eachother (I speak with experience there). I really, really, hope things work out between you two.

It's sort of strange he'd suddenly stop speaking to you when you got along so great before. If his wife hates you though, it's possible that she's, more or less, forcing him to not contact you. It's terrible, but it does sometimes happen. =/ I know its none of my business, but I wonder if their relationship is a healthy one?
