Fort watched as werewolf after werewolf fought and died. He did all he could. So did they. Yet the fact was, they were fighting an incredibly powerful demon that somehow got summoned from Hell.

Despite the casualties, what needed to be done was getting done. The Balor's right leg was beginning to look like a scratching post for a saber tooth tiger. Fort had been dodging and hacking and slashing away at the Balor along with the others in the front team. Then he saw exactly what he was waiting for.

Some actual bone had been exposed in the Balor's right leg. Do to some serious demonic magic it still managed to stay somewhat stable. Fort saw his window of opportunity and it was time for the next part of the plan. Everyone knew what to do.

"CLEAR RIGHT LEG!" He yelled

All the werewolves fighting the Balor vacated the area around the Balor's right leg.

"HOLD LEFT LEG!" He called to his brothers. All of the werewolves with spears and polearms stabbed through the Balor's left foot, anchoring him to the ground. Everyone else ran for it. The Balor Lord shot flame from its mouth and scortched a werewolf are two.

"JOHN NOW!" Fort called as the ground reached a safe distance. The Balor Lord shook his leg and pulled it upward, freeing himself. It was too late however. John had the RPG leveled already and let loose once Fort gave the signal. They had one shot since the Balor's leg would heal. John and two other werewolves had been waiting for Fort's signal. The other werewolves knew what to do, John was not aware so Fort told him to wait.

The three rocket's screamed through the air towards Balor's leg. All eyes watched as the first, second and then third rocket hit the Balor's right leg and explode. After the third impact, the Balor's leg from his knee down could be seen flying away from its collapsing body.

"FINISH HIM!" Fort yelled. All the werewolves swarmed the Balor Lord like peasants to gold. They all clambered through one another. Fort and others began to hack at the Balor's neck. He couldn't see who they were, he was covered in demon blood. The Balor flung its arms about but it was too late. Fire was shot here and there yet to no avail.

Fort heard the sound of Nasher bit into dirt and he saw the Balor's aura of fire fizzle out. He grabbed the huge skeletal head of the Balor Lord by the horns and rammed Nasher through the meat and brains through the underside and raised Nasher high above his head with the Balor's bleeding skull on the tip.

Fort went into a craze. He roared with all his might as he bathed in the flowing blood of the Balor Lord he and his brothers and sisters had slain. His own blood pumped through his body at an insanely fast pace and he had an inhuman amount of adrenaline coarsing though his body. Gold slowly began to creep through his eyes and replaced the green and glue eyes he had. He grew bigger, his fangs lengthened, his muscles expounded. He roared once more and lifted the skull higher. All the werewolves howled into the night, mourning for their lost brethren, yet relishing their fresh kill of a great demon.

(mwuahahaha, Fort takes his head )

Paul had been hacking at the legs the entire time.  And with each hack the pain in his side worsened.  Fort looked as if he was going to call the next phase.

"CLEAR RIGHT LEG!"

Paul dove free and hid behind the trees. 

"HOLD LEFT LEG!"

He watched a were to his left bring up an RPG.

"JOHN NOW!" The wolf to fired the RPG and they all watched expectantly as the projectile flew towards its target.  After all three had hit the demon fell and Paul rushed to the maimed foe.  Paul didn't notice everyone around as red clouded his vision.  HAcking away at the body Fort approached the head and beheaded the monster in one fell swoop.  Paul threw up his head and howled.  Then collapsed in a heap on the ground.  He was aware of Michelle over him.  But another scent reached his nostrils.  Vampires were near.  He looked around to see a lot of weres experimentally testing the air.  The smelt it too.  Paul rubbed his hands expectantly.  Good.  More blood shall be spilled before the day is done.

((Muaha.))

Paul sat up.  Changing into a half-wolf form he saw Anita's rocket sail towards the vampires.  As he was charging them he smelled a new scent to the west.  Joo-Eun.  He snarled and headed her way.  Drawing a sword off a fallen werewolf that matched his other he charged towards the scent.  3 other weres smelled it as well following him.  He sprinted off in the direcion and saw them.  Looking the other direction.  What a stroke off luck.  Silently he closed the gap when one of the other wres felt so inclined to howl.  They all turned and Joo-Eun braced herself by bringing her sword up in a blocking fashion.  Paul, cursing the other werewolves stupidity, changed his game plan.  Instead of meeting her sword he barreled right into her knocking her off her feet.  He was up in an instant and facing her as she popped up of the ground.

"Come to play again Wolfie?"

The other two vampires came to help but the 3 wolves set about stopping that.  They engaged the other 2 vampires.

"Aww looks like poor little you has no help this time.  She has to do it all by herself."

Joo-Eun bared her fangs but didnot charge as he expected.

Paul was glad the bullet hadn't saye in his arm longer.  Had he not dug it out his arm would have become useless.  But for now it burned.  He blocked her attacks.  They were quick and relentless.  He could barely manage to block them with two blades.  Paul saw his opening and locked blades.  With his superior strength he began overpowering.  But realizing this she kicked him in the groin and sprang back.  Paul's eyes began watering but he shpok it off.

"You ain't going to win this battle with strength wolfie.  You gotta play smart."

Paul feinted left then went ow and took a chunk out of her leg before she flicked his sword away.

"You learn fast.  But block this."  Her sword move inhumanly fast and Paul relied on his wolf senses to block these but was still being pressed back.  This wasn't looking good.  He began blocking with his right hand and brought his left sword over his head with all his might and at the last moment took the right handed sword away.  He was rewarded with a slash to the stomach but it payed off.  She had to quickly bring her sword up to her head to block the blow and wasn't prepared enough for the might.  She fell to the ground and he picked her up by the head and brought her body over his head and slammed it into the ground.  He threw her at a tree ad she fell against it with a isckening thud. He smiled.

"I relish the sound of breaking bones."

He howled and charged at her.

Nikoli had been close, but Fort had taken the head there were vampires now. Behind the main group, one stood, watching. One of them was an elder. Nikoli hadn't killed one of them in a very, very long time. He charged, he hadnt killed the demon but he would kill this.

In Fort's glowing golden eye'd form he was much faster, stronger, and agile than the normal werewolf. He had gone under countless tests and expirements when he was younger at the Knights to discover what exactly this meant, why it gave him such power. Yet none of the scientists at the Knights could discover what the source of this unknown power was, nor how to control it. (You guys will find out eventually what exactly is going on with Fort)

Although Fort had been enjoying his post demon fight fun, it seemed that vampires had come to ruin the party. He saw Daphne run after the scent of one vampire and decided to follow her. He took off the Balor Lord's head from Nasher and placed it on the ground, he would come back for it later.

He ran into the forest after Daphne and found her biting into the arm of a white haired vampire. She looked like she could hold her own and he was going to look for another vampire to rip apart, yet this one suddenly pulled a silver dagger out and was about to stab her.

Fort's golden eyes glowed fiercely and he sped at the vampire with increadible speed. He has his huge clawed hand around the vampires wrist in the blink of an eye.

"I dont think so." He muttered.

He was about to rip the vampires arm out when he released Daphne and pulled a gun on him. Fort leapt into the air and disappeared into the tree canopy and the vampire shot crazily at him. Yet he couldn't see him. Daphne took the opportunity and slashed the vampire across the face. Four red lines appeared across his face and the vampire growled menacingly.

The vampire leveled his gun at Daphne's head, she wouldn't have time to move. Yet Fort was already zooming towards the vampire from the trees. He landed on the vampire like a 2 ton sack of meat. The wind was sucked out of the vampire's lungs and he dropped both the knife and the gun.

As the vampire caught his breath and coughed, Fort rose slowly and growled. He grabbed the vampires head with his huge clawed. He lifted the vampire and tossed him like a rag doll through the forest. The vampire flew through the trees and slammed against a tree and it nearly splintered on impact.

Paul fought the urge to take Joo-Eun and break her neck.  Her wanted to kill the vampire.  She had caused him much pain.  Paul whspered in her ear.

"You don't have much of a choice.  If it wasn't for Daphne hear I'd be breaking you like a twig."

"I'd kill you before you could even blink.  But I have pity on pathetic beasts like you."

"You're not the one to be talking like that considering the position you're in."

"Paul!  That's enough!  So what do you think Joo-Eun?"

Daphne took a moment to compose her words. “Look I don’t know where your loyalties lie but I’m assuming you’d like to live out your immortality for as long as possible. This demon wants all werewolves and vampires dead. Apparently it wants the power of all supernatural creatures and won’t stop until it’s done.”

Joo-Eun looked at her still sceptical, “You just killed some sort of demon, why is there still a problem.”

“That was the brawn. We’re yet to face the brains.” Daphne informed her.

“Oh,” Joo-Eun said as if contemplating her words. “You’re not very convincing since you’ve got your lanky holding me down.”

“Paul let her go,” Daphne said hoping she was doing the right thing.

Joo-Eun brushed herself off and watched the wolves warily. They didn’t make a move to attack her so she’d give them the time of day.

The she-wolf spoke, “I’m suggested we have a temporary truce. We won’t attack vampires and your people won’t attack werewolves. We’ll hunt this demon instead. Then when it’s dead we can go back to normal.”

Joo-Eun took a moment to consider this. She pouted as she looked at Paul. He really did want to rip her head off, so she was impressed that he’d restrain himself for his pack mate’s speech. “Okay, I can’t speak for the others, but you’ve got a deal with me. But it’s a very fragile one. If any of your kind threatens me I’m going to defend myself.” She said pointedly and looked at Paul.

“The feeling is mutual,” Daphne said in response.

Joo-Eun turned to see Valiant watching them. She was surprised that he had not attacked the white wolf, “What you say, Valiant?”

Valiant sheathed his sword, “If you believe them I’ll side with you. I don’t D will be as accommodating.”

Nikoli stepped forward, aproching the elder. "You die now vampire." The elder turned, grinnng. Before Nikoli could strike he heard Crispin yell.He froze, and waited.

Ashryn stepped onto the field and surveyed the scene. Some kind of demonic corpse had been torn apart, and by the looks of the disheveled, battle torn werewolves, it was easy to see what had just happened. He saw Joo-Eun surrounded by several of the were's. It looked as if they were having a conversation of some sort. The werewolve's Alpha was addressing an older were Ashryn had never seen before. The stranger seemed hesitant but fell into line at Crispin's command. A motionless heart was gripped in Crispin's hand. It definitely smelled demonic.

"It appears as though your Clan has found itself a new enemy, Crispin. Please explain what this has to do with your kin's open attacks against my coven..."
