"Boba Fett's Special Cargo" by Harrison Ellenshaw

Harrison Ellenshaw painted the Slave I matte painting in "The Empire Strikes Back" and was credited as the Matte Painting Supervisor for over 100 matte paintings.

Artist's statement: Here Harrison has recreated his memorable matte shot of Han Solo’s carbon frozen body of being loaded on board Boba Fett’s ship, Slave I. Concept paintings by Ralph McQuarrie of Cloud City at sunset were the inspiration for the mystical feeling of this most important development in "The Empire Strikes Back" as the scene is bathed in the reds, lavenders, and pinks of a never ending twilight.
