Re: RPG - Supernatural: Vampire vs Werewolf

Nikoli left, he didnt want to stand around anymore. He stepped outside, and walked to the clearing near the forge-hut he had built. He drew his sword and began to hack at a tree wildly. It served two purposes, helping to disperse the anger and stress that had been building up for the past couple of days, and it would give him wood to use as fuel for the furnace. Eventualy he was exausted, he piled the wood under a slight overhang of the hut's roof, and headed back to the conclave.

When he got to his room, he got into the bed and closed his eyes, he hoped he didn't dream again.

Re: RPG - Supernatural: Vampire vs Werewolf

Joo-Eun lingered around hoping to speak to Ashryn. She wanted to know where he’d been and why this new female vampire was so important to D. Since she’d been out with Valiant she had missed the goings on at the coven. She wondered if the new addition was vital to their plan of destroying the werewolves in Murk Valley.

Joo-Eun walked to the Practice Room and began going through the movements of Tai Chi. It relaxed her and made her more focused. Normally Tai Chi was performed first thing of a morning, however since Joo-Eun was a vampire she could no longer follow this tradition.

She found herself wondering about the idea of a demon killing their kind. It certainly explained a lot of things. It was also good to know that the werewolves did not know how to weld such power. She did not like the idea of simply waiting for the demon to destroy the werewolves, the coven had lost many of it’s own to the bizarre deaths.

As Joo-Eun continued she saw Striker enter the room, “Good day,” she said as she remained in motion.

“Want to spar?” he asked as he viewed the various weapons stocked in the Practice Room.

“Not right now, I need to finish.” Joo-Eun said as she performed Parting the Clouds.

***

Audrey was growing anxious. She had been left in her room alone and did not know her way around the coven she was now seemingly a part of. She could also feel the hunger returning. It was coming on fierce and she knew that she would need to hunt and she’d need to do it soon.

If it bleeds, we can kill it.

Re: RPG - Supernatural: Vampire vs Werewolf

"You mind explaining to me exactly why you place our coven at risk by openly attacking werewolves?! Why even bother with a neanderthal like valiant?" Ashryn asked furiously as he entered the practice room where Joo-Eun and Striker stood.

He was normally calm, driven by discipline born of 200 years of experience.
Ashryn allowed his anger to show quite plainly, knowing brutality tended to be the one way to acquire the attention of young vampires. He hated thinking that way, that was the problem with vampires like Valiant. Ashryn was loathe to admit that although loyal to D, he felt the old vampire had grown far too complacent with his position to truly address the issues plaguing the coven. The werewolves were admittedly a major part of that problem, but Ashryn felt that open warfare against them was an invitation to extinction.

Something had to be done...

Re: RPG - Supernatural: Vampire vs Werewolf

Joo-Eun continued her movements of Tai Chi, she was now at Paint the Rainbow. She was surprised at Ashryn’s anger, “D is growing complacent. The werewolves are too bold. I have been meeting with Valiant because like me, he wants action. However I do realise that he is rash and unthinking.”

Joo-Eun stopped her movements to study Ashryn. She had always liked him and it displeased her to see him angry, especially at her. It was unusual for him to show such an emotion.

“Valiant is an idiot, worse than that he will bring death upon us.” Ashryn snarled as he glared at Joo-Eun.

“I have promised D that I will not see Valiant again, unless in the heat of battle.” Joo-Eun told and hoped that it would placate Ashryn. She had no dispute with him, nor did she wish to usurp D. “I am on your side, Ashryn.” She said to confirm her loyalties.

If it bleeds, we can kill it.

Re: RPG - Supernatural: Vampire vs Werewolf

Ashryn looked into Joo-Eun's eyes, allowing some of his anger to dissipate.
"See that your actions reflect those loyalties then, child. These are dangerous times, even for our kin. It would not do to make more enemies then we can handle."

With that, he turned and left the room, seeking out Audrey, who would by now, be feeling the urge to feed soon.

Re: RPG - Supernatural: Vampire vs Werewolf

John continued to wander the streets, trying to find something to do. Eventualy he decided to wander around in the woods, might be something to do around there, and if not, it was quiet. He turned to make his way there. Eventualy he walked into the darkness, the contrast to the city would have been suprising, if you weren't used to it.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Nikoli was happy, he was in a nice quiet room, and there was a beautiful woman sleeping next to him. He didnt think he would wake her up, just lie here and think. He looked over, Daphne's face was turned towards him, whisps of her brown hair running across her face, for some reason, it made her all the more beautiful. Perhaps he would wake her up afterall.

There was a loud thud, and Nikoli slowly stood up from the cold floor. He checked the time again, he had only been asleep for twenty minuets. He got back into bed and tried to sleep again. This was getting anoying.

Re: RPG - Supernatural: Vampire vs Werewolf

Fort lifted his sore body off of Daphne and lied down next to her in his bed. They were both huffing and puffing after the recent....activity. Luckily Fort had remembered to take his clothes off BEFORE this time, so they weren't ripped to shreds. The condition of his room, however was looking like Daphne's did last night.

Fort looked down at his chest, he thought it hurt a little for some reason. There were several scratches here and there, as well as 4 parallel ones running down his cheek. He wiped the blood off and smiled as he turned to see Daphne smiling back at him.

"You're bleeding." Daphne said laughing softly as she regained her breath.

"So are you." Fort said and pointed to a bite mark above her left breast that was beginning to heal. She pulled the sheets up to cover herself and laughed again. Her smile made Fort's heart stop. He wanted to stay, but it was time...

Fort looked at the clock on the nightstand and nodded. He was almost here. He stood and redressed and rearmed.

"Um...Where do you think you're going?" Daphne asked as she stretched

"Our guest is almost here. I gotta pick him up at the airport. Care to join me?" Fort said extending his arm. Daphne shook her head and rolled her eyes but took his hand and got out of bed. Fort watched her dress and he almost pounced on her. "Damn you Luna Eclipse." He thought to himself...

-

Fort and Daphne stood next to Daphne's Diablo facing the exit of the airport. Fort would sneak up and grab Daphne's butt every now and then. He would slap him repeatedly afterwards.

The Doc stode out of the exit drawing much attention. He was tall, had very black skin, long thick dredlocks with various charms hanging amognst them, an old red and blue robe also with charms and foul smelling trinkets, an a gnarley old staff with a rattler at the top. He didnt have to look for Fort. He knew where he was and walked right up to him, his staff rattling the whole way. Daphne rolled her eyes when she realized that Fort had called a witchdoctor, they were somewhat notorious.

"Wookiemon." The Doc said and extended his hand.

"Doc." Fort said and took the skinny, bony hand and shook it. It was like shaking the hand of a skeleton.

"Payment is in order?"

"Yes it is."

Daphne looked at him and noticed something strange, other than th eobvious of course.

"No bags?" She asked.

The Doc looked at the attractive Daphne, then at Fort, then at the moon. He realized it was the Luna Eclipse and smiled at Fort. The wookiemon had gotten a mate.

"I trabel light wolfie." The Doc said and patted a gallon sized red pouch hanging from his belt. Fort leaned into her ear.

"Its a Bag of Holding. It can fit nearly an infinite number of things and reduce size and weight to practically nothing. Its extremely rare and valuable. If you're around the Doc when he dies....pick it up." He said and looked back to the Doc.

"Shall we?" Fort said and waved his hand at the Diablo. The Doc looked past Fort and at the two seater car. Fort realized the problem and made an apologetic face at the Doc. The Doc rolled his eyes and reached into a small sac on his belt. He sprinkled some metallic looking dust on himself and muttered an insane incantation. Before Daphne and Fort's eyes the Doc shrank to the size of a 3 1/2 action figure. Fort had seen this before and knew the drill. He picked the doc up and put him on his shoulder.

"Ok," Fort said and rubbed his hand together "back to the conclave."

Daphne blinked, open mouthed at the Doc for several more moments before Fort grabbed her butt again. Then she proceeded to slap him again.

Re: RPG - Supernatural: Vampire vs Werewolf

Tex woke up in the middle of nowhere.  All he remembered was something vicious attacking him, and then he blacked out.  He had no food, no water, and no weapons.  All he had was some clothes.  He knew he wasn't going to make much longer unless he had rescuers.  He needed help, and he needed it fast.  He could feel himself slowly dying.  He picked himself up and started searching for civilization.  He was being drained if power because of his lack of food.  He got tired and decided to lay down for a minute.  But when he closed his eyes, he slowly drifted off into a deep sleep.....

Re: RPG - Supernatural: Vampire vs Werewolf

"Ash, come to my chambers."

"Yes, sir."

Ashryn knocked at the door, and entered as the twin doors opened and closed themselves.

"What is it, D?"

"How's our guest?"

"I have not checked on her. Should I go now?"

"We'll go together. Her bloodlust is increasing, so she'll probably need to feed tonight."

"I understand, sir. Where will we take her?"

"I have some ideas...."

The two left to go see their new inmate.

Re: RPG - Supernatural: Vampire vs Werewolf

Daphne could see why Nathaniel had been secretive about his guest but she was not concerned. Any help they could get would have to be better than none.

Daphne found her mind going back to pleasurable events she’d been undertaking with Nathaniel. She hadn’t meant to make him bleed but she knew it was to do with the bonding process during the Luna Eclipse. She wasn’t sure if Nathaniel knew the actual process. The truth was that if they came together under the Luna Eclipse, while their bodies were melded their teeth would shift into fangs and they were to bite each other. The sharing of bodies and blood would link the two wolves as life mates.

She wanted to tell Nathaniel this in case it happened, he had a right to know but she was scared he’d reject her. There was nothing to say that he saw their time together as anything more than effect of the Luna Eclipse.

Daphne concentrated on the road. She felt Nathaniel’s hand on her thigh but he was in conversation with the shrunken witchdoctor.

-

Loxley had gone for a walk on his own in the woods. It was potentially dangerous but he didn’t care. As he walked along he caught the scent of another wolf. The scent was faintly familiar but Loxley couldn’t identify it as a pack mate.

Loxley followed his nose to find a male werewolf collapsed on the ground looking half starved. Loxley poked him with the toe of his boot, “You alive?” he said to the sleeping figure.

Re: RPG - Supernatural: Vampire vs Werewolf

Audrey was growing frantic, her hunger was becoming all consuming. “So much for control,” she gasped as she started walking around the edge of the room touching the wall with her hand to try and calm herself.

At that moment the door opened and Audrey launched herself on the first to enter. She had Ashryn pinned to the ground and she opened her mouth to bite him. However he easily evaded her by rolling himself over and throwing her to the ground on her side.

“I must feed!” Audrey snarled as she saw a second vampire, one she could feel was much older. This had to be the coven leader.

-

Joo-Eun turned to Striker, “Now I am ready to spar.”

Striker grinned, “Excellent.” He tossed her a sabre, “Let’s make this fast and furious.”

Joo-Eun lifted a delicate brow, “Oh you won’t know what hit you.” She got into position and balanced the blade in her hand.

“You’ve got that the wrong way, I intend to cut you down to size. Oh wait, you already are small.” Striker sneered.

Joo-Eun loved trash talk, it always made fighting interesting. Striker immediately went on the attack as she’d expected. She deflected his blows easily but she knew he was only playing.

Joo-Eun pivoted and ducked. As she spun she nicked the knee of Striker’s pants with her sabre. “Thought you’d look better in rags, suits your status.”

Striker laughed, “I’m just going to fit in with fashion.” He lunged at her and managed to slice the edge of her shoulder.

“Is that the best you can do? I’ve had worse wounds hunting rats.” Joo-Eun taunted, “Oh wait you are a rat.”

“You really think so?” he flashed her his fangs, “You know rats like to bite.”

“So as you can see you’ve just clarified my assessment of you,” Joo-Eun smirked.

Nikoli woke up, luckily he hadnt dreamed at all. He got up and dressed, grabbing his pistols and sword. He passed several of his packmates, some of them makeing an obvious effort to avoid him. He stepped out side and walked through the woods, not heading anywhere. He caught the scent of wolves nearby. He decided to head in their direction.

Re: RPG - Supernatural: Vampire vs Werewolf

Nick loved the weight of the sword hanging in its scabbard on his back.  Yes, he was quite sure that he was old-fashioned, but he did like his swords.  They were more honourable in combat, he thought.  He stood beside Paul, and surveyed the area, muscles tensed like coiled springs.  As of late, he had learned that it would be best never to relax; that's always when the enemies seemed to pop up...

Due to maintenance problems, the light at the end of the tunnel will not be in operation today.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Re: RPG - Supernatural: Vampire vs Werewolf

Nikoli walked up to the two wolves. "Loxley." he said, quietly circling around so he stood on the otherside of the fallen wolf. "Come to ruin my life some more, have you?" Loxley asked, his voice not wrathfull as much as depressed. "No, It seems you have a slight problem." Nikoli said, nudging the sleeping wolf with his foot. "Just leave, youve done enough damage to the pack already, outsider. Everything was fine until you and that damned slayer showed up. He took Daphne away from me and you took my status in the pack." Nikoli grabbed him by the collar and pulled his face close to his "You have done that yourself." Nikoli snarled, pushing Loxley back. He turned and walked away.

Re: RPG - Supernatural: Vampire vs Werewolf

Paul saw Nick tense up as if prepared for someone to jump out and attack him.

"Woah.  Settle down Nick.  You are in your own conclave."

Nick laughed and relaxed.  But he immediately tensed up again.

"I smell Loxley.  And Nikoli.  And someone I don't recognize."

Paul sniffed.  "Hm.  I smell the new person too.  He's a were.  But it doesn't smell hostile.  But Loxley and Nikoli don't mix.  We should go and see."

"Mmm.  Well I feel like going wolf.  Shall we?"

"Let's.  First there buys lunch."

They both transformed taking care not to shred any clothes.  And they were off.  After much bumping and shoving and dodging they had arrived.  Nick transformed back rolling on the ground.

"I believe you owe me lunch ."

Paul plodded up to Nick still a wolf.  But sniffing the air he changed back.

"They're this way."

They jogged up and saw Nikoli walking away from a fuming Loxley.

"I smell trouble brewing."

Re: RPG - Supernatural: Vampire vs Werewolf

Tex had heard a big fight between Nikoli and Loxely while he was faking it, and wasn't going to get up anytime soon.  But it wasn't going to be long until one of the other werewolves found out that he was faking it.  He was going to have to get up sooner or later though, or else he would starve himself to death.  But he still wasn't going to get up after the big fight he had heard.  He was afraid that Loxely would take his anger out on him.
But he was too hungry.  So with that, he slowly got up...........

Re: RPG - Supernatural: Vampire vs Werewolf

Paul was surprised when the other were got up.  He didn't expect that.

"Hey Nick.  Our guest has gotten up."

"So he has.  Let's get him out of here before he is drawn into a confrontation."

Nick and Paul walked over to the other werewolf and promptly took him out of there before something bad happened.  He tried struggling but he was a little weak so he gave up.

"Let me go."

"Ah it speaks."

"I'm hungry."

Paul piped in.  "Well hello hungry how are you?"  He chuckled to himself.  The new werewolf looked him strangely.

"That wasn't even funny.  Now please I need something to eat."

Nick asked him, "Can you walk?"  The man took an experimental step.

"Yah but not for long."  Paul and Nick slipped his hands around their necks.

"To the mess hall!"

Re: RPG - Supernatural: Vampire vs Werewolf

Crispin was sitting in the mess hall at his private table, dining on a duck that had been breathing minutes ago. Warm fresh blood caked his lips and a glass of Merlot was half empty on the table, when Nick and Paul came in, carrying an unknown were.

"Who'se this?" Crispin asked, wiping his mouth with a napkin.

"Some new guy we found outside. He was out cold when we found him, then he kinda got up shaky-like and said he was hungry, so where else would we take him?" Nick informed the elder wolf.

"Good job boys. See to it that he gets fed. Have you seen Loxley, by any chance?"

"Yeah, he was there when we found this ol' chap."

"Good. I've been meaning to speak with him." Crispin said before taking his leave.

Re: RPG - Supernatural: Vampire vs Werewolf

The young vampire lunged at D's throat, intending to feed on him. D stood with no look of fear on his face as Audrey suddenly stopped in mid-air. D's powers were at work.

"Not a good idea. Come with us, and you shall be able to feed. Any chances at our necks will be severe."

"I... understand."

"Good. Then catch yourself."

D let Audrey down, who then met with the floor. She got up, apologized to Ashryn, and followed the two.

D stopped by a room where he heard swordfighting. The two fighters suddenly froze.

"We're going out to let her feed... remember what I told you about werewolves."

"We got it, D."

"Good. Oh, and Striker, try raising your saber a pinch more."

The two resumed, and Striker followed as D said. Joo-Eun's blade would have cut off his head if he hadn't raised it that little bit.

Re: RPG - Supernatural: Vampire vs Werewolf

Loxley returned to the conclave after his little spat with Nikoli. It was hardly a fight and Loxley was annoyed that the wolf on the ground had played dead. As he strode through the conclave a few of his pack mates sneered in his direction and pointed. Clearly the rumours about him being the Omega were running rampant.

Loxley heard a whistle and turned, it was Paul, “What do you want?”

“Crispin wants to talk to you,” Paul replied.

Loxley ground his teeth, “Fine.” He snarled as he headed to the Alpha’s quarters.

-

Anita stood in the conclave’s massive garage awaiting the return of her son. She smiled as she heard the throaty roar of Daphne’s Diablo. The sleek black car pulled up and Anita was surprised at what she saw.

Nathaniel emerged from the Diablo with a miniature man sitting on his shoulder. “Witch doctor,” Anita verbally corrected herself. She watched as the witchdoctor returned to normal size. He bowed when he saw Anita, “You ‘ave ingrained yourself with tis pack,” he said to Nathaniel.

Anita was surprised to see a faint blush on Nathaniel’s cheeks. Anita turned to look at Daphne, she didn’t appear happy. She seemed to be deep in her own thoughts. Nathaniel was so busy talking to the witchdoctor that he hadn’t seemed to have noticed.

Anita walked beside the younger she-wolf, “What troubles you?”

Daphne blinked and looked awkward, “How much does Nathaniel know about the Luna Eclipse?” she whispered.

Anita raised a brow as she understood what trouble the younger she-wolf. She placed an around Daphne shoulders, “Perhaps we should talk in private.”

Daphne gave a nod and left Nathaniel to talk with his strange guest.

Re: RPG - Supernatural: Vampire vs Werewolf

Crispin headed Loxley off in the hallway.

"Loxley." He called out.

"What is it? Are you going to berate me for my defeat?" Loxley growled, his fangs bared in rage and self-loathing.

"Quite the contrary, actually." Crispin replied, motioning for Loxley to follow him into the room behind the pack leader.

The room was large, and mostly empty, with the exception of a dozen or so incense candles providing the room's only light. In the center of the room were two tatami mats, one in front of the other. Crispin sat on the one farthest from the door, and motioned for Loxley to sit on the other.

"Did you ever meet Ghandi, Loxley?"

"No, I'm afraid I was never interested in pacifists." Loxley spat, uneasily.

"Pity. That 'pacifist', as you called him, possessed the mental discipline of an paralleled warrior. You could have learned a thing or two from him." Crispin paused, inhaling the smoke from the candles.

"Don't fight them," He said to Loxley, eyes closed, meditating. "Let the candles soothe you, calm you, stay your flaming heart."

Loxley relaxed slightly and took a small whiff of the candles. His shoulders dropped an inch or two.

"No, inhale them, Loxley, inhale them!" Crispin stressed. "Do you want to win Daphne's heart?"

"More than you can imagine."

"Well, I can't directly help you there, but I can ensure you survive long enough to try and woo her some more."

Crispin stood, suddenly assuming a fighting stance.

"Rise, omega."

"What did you call me?!?" Loxley lept at Crispin, claws outstretched. Crispin elbowed Loxley in the stomach, midleap, grabbed Loxley's face with his free hand, and tossed the wolf against the back wall.

"Unless you learn to control your bestial impulses, you with either become the omega or die a humiliating death before the Lunar Eclipse passes."

Loxley stood up shakily, staring at Crispin, unsure of what would come next.

"Come back to your mat." The pack leader instructed.

"Now then, I'm going to teach you to reign in your hormonal urges, not compleely, mind you, that can't be done, but at least enough to keep you from any more standoffs like the one you had with Nikoli." Crispin paused, as he noticed Loxley was embracing the incense fumes.

"and should you get into a fight, I will show you how to do it correctly.  Jujitsu, Kung Fu, Bushido, even Ninjutsu, all have I mastered. I will teach you how to fight defensively, and come out on top with relatively no trouble."

Crispin rose from his mat, ad Loxley did the same.

"Now come at me again. Class is in session."

Loxley complied. And his education began.
