Oh, you're so, so lucky...*jealous out of his mind*...our trombonists tried to get that approved, but our teacher didn't want it.  (That, and the Super Mario theme music tongue)  They would just sometimes randomly play the Imperial March during practice, I'd jump on the set (I'm percussion), and add a drum beat to it...it sounded awesome.  big_smile

If anyone wants the music 2 it, i could probably scan it for you. My band directors are SW fans...im just waitin 4 a SW themed show. (this year we're playing Any Way You Want It, Bohemian Rhapsody, and Movin' Out) Every time we play Any Way You Want It, i think of Vader & Fett in ESB.

Hi, My names Mando316, and Im a Mando-Holic.

ONE of my secrets is that I wear Star Wars Boxers.  I have two pairs.  If I had more I would wear them everyday.  The worst part is that I have to shop for them in the BOYS section because thats the only dept that has the REALLY cool stuff...  Hey, Ive accepted the fact that Im a Mando-Holic and also the fact that  I wear a BOYS 18 HUSKY!!

Re: Silliest star wars secret

Don't worry about it. I sometimes have to shop the boy's section too, though when I do that I'm looking for tshirts. I wear a boy's size Large or XL depending on the shirt. (like I have the Large POTC shirt, but I have a few XL SW shirts)

Hey! Veni-Vici-Fett myself, feel free to shorten it to VV-Fett.

I'm a Fett-aholic, which is a Mando-Holic in training. I just haven't gotten my hands on the Republic Commando books yet. (curse my small-town bookstore) I feel thine pain sister, and bow to your awsomeness as well. I end up in the boy's section all the time, for pants and T-shirts, because as you said that's the only section with the cool stuff in a good cut >.<. Star Wars Boxers Rule!!!!!!!!

I just have one pair >.<, they've got the little Emplire symbol on them....

Nice hearin' I'm not alone in my weirdness^.^

Wouldn't bieng a Fett fan be better than a Mandalorian fan?

take it easy baby take it as it comes

Re: Silliest star wars secret

Yes I would consider myself more Fett-ish since (barring the Prequels and the EU)  Boba Fett was the original.  GL decide that the prequels needed a bit of Mando in them so he made up Jango (who I will always view as a Boba rip-off).  Boba is and always will be THE # 1 MANDALORIAN BAD-ASS!!

Re: Silliest star wars secret

Yeah!!!
Well, I think that your a Boba Fan first then a fan of the culture that spawned/created him. It's like my Spartan obsession. I'm obsessed with Sparta first, then the specifics of the 300 at Thermopalyae and Leonidas...

So...really to be a good Fett fan you have to be a Mando fan first...

'Cause my Sparta goes Culture->Specific...

>.<

I got it turned around the first time around. You should be a Mando-obsessed fan THEN a Fett obsessed fan!!!

Thanks guys, for unscrewing my order. ^^

and yes, he is the "NUMBER #1 MANDALORIAN BAD-ASS!!!"

He's the Ernie Banks and Ron Santo of Mandalorians, all of Star Wars for that matter really.

Re: Silliest star wars secret

I used to be afraid of Tusken Raiders(Sand People) when I was younger. Whenever I misbehaved or didn't listen, my mom would say "The Sand People are going to get you if you don't listen." I used to start bawling and run off to hide. I also refused to watch Episode IV because of that part where Luke got attacked by one. Now, they're one of my favorite things in the Star Wars universe.

I also had a crush on Luke Skywalker when I was like 12. I had this picture of him that I used to kiss every night before I went to bed. *embarassed* It's a good thing that passed rather quickly.

Re: Silliest star wars secret

How about the fact that Mark Hamill claims Lucas never told him in ESB that Vader was going to say he was his father?  I've watched that scene countless times, and there's no way he could have been told anything else, considering his lines..

Now THAT's silly!

Re: Silliest star wars secret

I heard that right before they filmed that part George went and told Hamill.

Re: Silliest star wars secret

GL did tell him seconds before the scene and only Hamill knew other the GL and maybe the higher ups, and later during voice over James Earl Jones was told.

also i'd yell like a monkey whenever i poked my pants with a curved stick lol. now that i think of it i shouldve been jango fett, but for some reason in 4th grade i HATED jango fett. i dont know why. i even said HAHA when boba picked up jangos helmet. i cant believe i did, and i cant believe i once hated jango. i hated him cuz he owned my hero-at-the-time, obi wan.

another secret of mine is that when i saw the original trilogy when i was 4, i got the living heck scared out of me when they pulled han solo out of the carbon freezing chamber. that scared me to death for some reason.

Absolutely. Has anyone read Sith War? (well Imagine you have Draco from your Display Pic)

I couldn;t believe how dishonorable Mandalore The Indomitable was when Fighting Ulic!

Mandalore gets a Basilisk War Droid, equipped with various weaponry, while poor old Ulic gets his lightsaber and doesn;t even have the ground to stand on. (he has to fgight from a giant chain hanging over a canyon.)

On the other hand, Mandalore was not the challenger, Ulic was, so he shoulda known what he was getting into. Plus Ulic had the force. Plus Mandalore lost anyway...

My silliest Star wars Secret is that I can write all of that about 5 pages in a comic without going into depth or detail.
