I dis­agree with the fact that Lucas let all those authors come up with SANCTIONED Star wars books that he signed off on, that brought him money, and then went and changed every­thing to make more money. 7. i would like to agree with many of you. 10. Boba Fett is the coolest star­wars char­ac­ter by far.I’m glad he’s just a back­ground char­ac­ter because that’s what makes him mys­te­ri­ous.
    the whole Jango thing was really a bad idea..
    Because now we know what Bobas face looks like,we know how he became a bounty hunter and it’s just not mys­te­ri­ous anymore…He went from badass mer­ce­nary with a badass cos­tume to curly lit­tle boy who is in no way inter­est­ing or badass.
    I think he should have been intro­duced as a 19 or 20yr old in episode 2 if any­thing.
    lucas seems to only care about mov­ing the story along,telling us about these panzy jedi’s and Darth maul and darth vador and darth this and darth that. IG88 is more inter­est­ing to me than luke and anikin com­bined.. but you only see him for a split sec­ond in cloud city up against the wall..anyway.. boba fett is awe­some. and this site is cool.

11. For those of us who have waited years for the unvail­ing of more infor­ma­tion on our favo­rate hunter, E2 was either rejoiced or trounced. While I sym­pa­thize with those nay-sayers, see­ing Boba as a child was a rap­tur­ous moment. The high­light of the entire movie. I never liked Luke from the first time I ever saw ANH. He was whiny and child­ish. Boba, even as a child is more com­pelling as a char­ac­ter. Yes, Luke’s fam­ily was also taken away, but I don’t sym­pa­thise with him like I do Boba. There is a good rea­son why Boba Fett remains the most pop­u­lar char­ac­ter in the Star Wars uni­verse, and it’s not just the mys­tery sur­round­ing him, he’s a great char­ac­ter.
    Noth­ing that is writ­ten or filmed about him will change that fact.
    To the bitch­ers, write your own god­damn story.

13. Boba Fett is the most feared bounty hunter in the galaxy. He is deadly and more feared than Jango. Jango is bet­ter than Boba in bat­tle, but Boba is cun­ning. Jango has a cooler armor(shiny,silver), and he has pow­er­ful dual blasters. Jango is awe­some!! but Boba in my opin­ion is cooler. Boba Fett is mys­te­ri­ous, and his voice gives me goose­bumps, brrr…If you don’t think Boba is feared, then WATCH EPISODE 5 AGAIN!!!!

16. I have no prob­lem with the Jango char­ac­ter, or Boba’s his­tory, I just think they casted the wrong peo­ple. I think Jason Omara from CBS’s defunked “The Agency” would’ve been a bet­ter choice…I mean since when does Boba Fett have an accent any­way, he’s a “unal­tered clone” of Jango so he can’t loose the accent. And what the hell kind of name is “Jango” any­way, it’s not badass, it doesn’t make me trem­ble, makes me laugh is what it does. C’mon George, get it right or we’ll start call­ing you coco (like in that episode of Seinfeld).
