Boba Fett is like Michael Bay?

Published • Written by • Categorized in Film & TV

/Film has a new review of the feature-length fan film called Fanboys. (See our 4/2008 post about Fanboys.) There’s a note of a Boba Fett reference to being like director Michael Bay (Transformers, Bad Boys II): all style and no substance.

from what we have seen so far on the big screen, sadly this is a correct statement…fingers crossed for plenty of substance from the tv show.

I gotta agree with Cujo. If you’re only familiar with the films–which is true for most people–there’s really not much to Boba. Even the prequels didn’t expand his character much. It’s really only until you get into the EU stuff that he’s more than just a guy standing around holding a gun.

I do hope the series gives him more to do, and develops his personality more.
